Really good value for the lunch menu. The potato soup is really good and filling. Our server was very attentive and refilled our beverages often. Food was fast comming out. It was fairly quiet when we went but not empty. Good place to go if you only have an hour for lunch.
Depends what you have, food can be very good or fair. Mine was fair , my wife's was good. Waitress service was lacking. Did not bother to check on us or bother coming around to see if we needed more drinks. Place was not busy at the time. Easy to find , parking was no problem. Westmount was better
The food was delicious, I had an 8oz sirloin steak with side fries and veggies and the onion bun appetizer, enjoyed both but would recommend getting help from another diner for the appetizer. Our server, Tuyet, was sweet, and efficient at keeping our needs met and our drinks full. The prices are good for the quality of product but it is still more expensive than some alternatives.
Server was awesome, very friendly and quick. However the food was just sub par. Chicken wrap was dry as hell with dressing/sauce only in the middle of it. Soup was good but used to be better. Daughter burned her lip on the pulled chicken sandwich when she took her first bite. There were Hot spots in it. Some parts warm others way too hot. Hot wings were good. Definitely don't think I will return.
My friend and I frequent this restaurant on the weekends for lunch. We are pleased with the quality of food, price and usually speedy service from the kitchen.We are greeted by one of their best servers…Tuyet….she always makes us feel welcome and sincerely takes care of us while we are there. She is a keeper. Please pass our sincere gratitude to her for her great service!,
What a wonderful return to this restaurant.The waitress who greeted and served us was more than generous in her welcoming attitude. Helped us to have a wonderful dining experience.And the food was beautifully presented and well prepared.Well worth the wait for us to come home to our favourite restaurant.
They seem to be up and down with the food. The last visit we had 2 large rib sampler orders as well as extra of Lobster tails. The ribs were fine but the Lobster tails were terrible.... cooked in dry heat with no moisture. They were terrible and tho we complained, nothing was done about it. Being a chef at a high end restaurant in a good hotel I know about preparing great food and how to handle customer complaints. If that happened at my hotel, the complaining party would have been discounted for the mistake, not ignored. Poor service and food!!

I had a table for 12 reserved for my bfs birthday! This reservation was booked a week ago! As our guests started to arrive before we did (to keep the surprise) it took them 5-10 mins each time our guests showed up to be seated. Once my bf and I arrived, we stood at the door for over 7 mins before anyone even came to talk to us! The lady who finally decided to talk to us told me “no we’re too busy”, I said we have a reservation, can you tell me where we are sitting? And she said no, I’ll talk to my manager and walked away.. we stood there for another 5 mins till I called my gf and she told us where they were seated and we walked ourselves to the table.. once we were seated only half our table was served drinks.. we waited another 10 mins before someone even came to say hi.. everyone debated on leaving and going elsewhere but we had guests come from Wetaskiwin and Fort Saskatchewan so we decided to stay put and wait it out! The manager finally came by just to be super short with us. Finally a very wonderful young man came to serve us.. he did a very fine job! We later found out that all the whole 3-4 servers they had in the whole place refused to serve our large table.. this young man wasn’t even a server and he went out of his way to help us.. the kitchen did well, this young man did well.. but as a server myself, I am extremely disappointed in the management and refusal of service and will not be returning to this location!
