It was a busy Saturday night. The place was full. We could tell they were short staffed. The two servers in our half of the restaurant were working so hard to do the job of six (no seriously we found out 4 peopleNo showed ). Lynn went above and beyond with her friendly service and kind attitude. Was the service perfect?! Maybe not. But the food was good and Lynn and her manager busted their butts and were smiling and friendly and never stopped moving. Cheers to them. A job well done. We see you! We appreciate what you did for our two families.
We miss that there are no locations on south side of Edmonton so were delighted to dine at the Westmount location. We have missed the World Famous Onion Loaf and the ribs. Both surpassed our expectations and Lisa our server, a seasoned waitress, made the experience outstanding. We will be back with friends and encourage others to dine here.

Food arrived ice cold. Did not want to blame them completely as they use Uber to deliver. Took 55 min to get ice cold ribs and all Tony Romas say we know the problem but can't do anything about it. 2 order of bountiful beef ribs ice cold. Does not make one want to order again. To expensive for cold food
This is one of the best lunch places around, come here occasionally love the servers and their service.Definitely recommend it, ribs are the best.
Service was so awesome my husband gave him a 15% tip and he does not do that unless he is highly impressed. James ( our waiter ) was friendly and was very helpful when we had a question or wondered how something was done. He made our dinner extra special and after being stuck at home for so long this meant a lot. Thank you James.
We always have the most fabulous experiences here. Our usual servers Lisa and Nena provide the most lovely service ever. They are friendly alway smiling and going the extra mile to ensure your meal is perfect and you receive everything you want. Their ribbings are my favourite.
