I got a carrot muffin, frozen lemonade, cold brew, and farmer biscuit sandwich.The sandwich was the best one I’ve ever had from Tim Hortons because the eggs were fresh! My cold brew was delicious and the cold foam was perfect. Yummy frozen lemonade and carrot muffin. I did wait a while for my food but it was because the eggs were being made fresh (: I wish they told me it was my sandwich instead of just tossing it on the counter and walking away, but it’s ok because it was awesome.
Yesterday i went to have a coffee and use washroom. There was a homeless man askinf for a coffee. I asked to buy a two caps of coffee and one cheese biscuit. Whe she, an East Indian like looking girl, She changed me some amount of money. She didn't say how much and the machine didn't show how much. I tapped my card was waiting to be offered my receipt. She didn't offer the receipt. She give two biscuits instead of one. I walk to use washroom. But their washroom was out of service. Walked away with full bladder and thirsty. I can't even drink my coffee because of having a full blood. I took a bus and came home after 2 hours at home I realized I was charged $9.50. I really do not like the service. The restaurant was really dirty looking too. Even though it was a quiet morning, the restaurant floor was looking dirty.
Got an icecap after seeing Sandra's attorney. They make the best icecaps! I get mine made with milk instead of cream and I add expresso. ??
The cashier this evening on March 4, 2022 at 8:00 pm, customer service is terrible, made my 3 Large coffees wrong. It was an easy order. Triple Triple, Double Double, 4x4, the woman also repeated the order back to me like she knew what I wanted and how I wanted my order. Coffee tasted burnt and no sugar added. I STIRRED MY COFFEE, MYSELF. Tasted no sugar and burnt. I would usually stop in this place with my family for coffee and hot chocolate, but this evening was my worst experience. This cashier that is the face of the company, made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Terrible service.
Ordered a vanilla iced coffee and caramel; neither of them had the syrups added, they both tasted bitter.Also got a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, asked for no cheese, but cheese was still added, when I went back they gave me a sandwich with just sausage and I didn’t have the time to go back for a 3rd time.Quite disappointed, the only thing that was correct was the toasted three cheese bagel with butter.
On Saturday Morning 7am January 22, 2022 has to be the worst service I have experience at this location. I waited for over 10mins for my order and it wasn’t busy at all. Poor effort by the crew
Good staff. Good hot drinks. Slow on hot food otherwise would be easy 5 stars. it will take a few extra minutes so don’t expect to be in and out if ordering hot food.Watch out for East Indian customer that steals food from hot service area.
The location is to be avoided only because homeless people hang around the entrances. They harass the Tim Horton's customers and passers-by, including the women walking to work at DynaLife. This is not a safe area.
I ordered an iced capp with whipped cream. I was waiting for 6 minutes, my name never called. Then when I asked the employee had it and she was like "I've had it for 5 mins already" rudly and I said well I dident hear. Then it dident have whipped cream on it so I asked for my whipped cream and she argues that I dident ask for whipped cream and that she won't put it on, I'm already in a hurry and I just wanted to enjoy my iced cap but this rude employee completely ruined it for me.
Staff is excellent but homeless people makes this location bad
