So many times I go here for a coffee on my way to work. 90% of the time they do not stir the creamer and sugar into the coffee. Or they are rushed and dont even add sugar, or cream. such a rushed location for such an easy job. The manager needs to learn how to manage their employees better. Absolutely terrible service.
Can Ya'll please work out some consistency on how to properly apply cream cheese to bagels?!?! I pay a dollar for it and barely get enough spread on to cover one half. Very Annoying!!
Today was complete insanity. I was given a burnt sandwich and these people would not offer a replacement. I was also given my drinks 10 minutes later than my food. When i asked where my two drinks were, two workers go to prepare it, but 5 minutes later I am only given one drink. I had to remind the same worker another time to prepare my second drink. Absolutely no customer service, do not waste your time at this tims.
The worst service I’ve had at any drive-thru ever. They had essentially no food available, we tried 5 different options and none were available. Their excuse was they were closing in 30 minutes, which we had no idea, but how unacceptable. We were grabbing a quick snack, and ended up waiting in line to not get anything, and also received attitude. Will never stop by here again.
Terrible service I've received, on multiple occasions I've been told to wait out front for my order, which I don't mind, getting busy happens right. But on 3 different occasions now they completely forgot about me. And this last time I was waiting out front of the store for 15 minutes and had to drive through the drive thru again to grab it and no apologies whatsoever and to also find out that my coffee was cold. Pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
One of the worst locations. They mix up my order 9 times out of 10! And the last time they even lost my credit for 3 combos and didn't even acknowledge it. Never coming back to this one even though I live down the street.
the service is so bad, no costumer service. extremely rude staff makes you wait in the drive through for no reason. ( when its not busy) the soup I ordered was not hot, I have nothing nice to say about this location.
Fast considering the long line ups. I usually order picky made sandwiches & I've never had one made incorrectly.
While this location is convenient, the extremely slow drive thru makes it faster to go somewhere else. Ive been to this location more than a dozen times and have never spent less than 10 minutes waiting for a coffee. Feels like they more staff in the early morning. Also the coffee tastes different every-time you go there, would be nice if there was some consistancy
