I work in this area and go to this Tim’s at least once a day. They always remember what I order and it means a lot. The one by my home I go to multiple times and they never remember and usually get my order wrong. Lol.So thank you to the staff at this Tim Hortons. You guys rock!!
Sat at the speaker for about 2 minutes, no hello, no please wait. The drive thru was empty. Finally got fed up and drove to the window. I asked “what’s up?” They just looked at me with a blank expression….? They asked my order, I got my coffee, no sorry, no thank you… this location has been going downhill for a while
I had an English muffin which was defiantly made 1 hr ago with no flavor and no taste....Employees talk in their own native languageOverall no professionalism or accountability except pushing the customers quickly at the D/T so that their timings look good on the spreadsheet.I am sure the revenue is good coz of the location, ideally this is the first tim horton's when entering edmonton.....but numbers don't give the real picture of how the restaurant is being run, especially the QUALITY of the food
The supervisor was rude. The coffee is trash. The store is dirty. I am going to Starbucks.
Very disappointed with my experience this afternoon going to my local Tim's. I had an offer for a 2 for 7 on the crispy chicken sandwiches and was rudely told to take my business elsewhere because even though the sandwiches are on the menu they were too lazy to make it for me rendering my offer useless.
This location is the worst! It’s like they throw ur food and drinks at you out the window as if they are in a rush! Half the time the order is wrong. Will not be back.
They don't know what decaf teas they have, the consistently bigger up orders. It's just frustrating.
When placing an order at the counter you are being looked in the eye by an employee and spoken to in a foreign language not directed at you is very rude towards the customer, especially when you do not expect the customer to understand what you’re saying!! I do understand quite a bit as well as know what “gago” means btw and it is not acceptable!! Your staff should be trained more thoroughly on what respect towards others means!
Absolutely no way of knowing they were closed from drive thru. Tim Hortons should post their hours on the drive thru sign or turn off their drive thru screens at least.
The ambiance in this location is wonderful. I really like the service in the location. It is not too busy when I visited and the staff is really friendly. I am looking forward to visiting this Tim Hortons location soon.
