Terrible service, white kid in the morning shift doesn't even understand what's customer service is, he is a perfect example for rudeness , I asked for a medium orange pekoe and got a cold one at 5:30 in in the morning, when I asked for a fresh pot he said the machine isn't working ?, so I asked for a coffe because hot drinks what I want in the morning, he was so disrespectful and gave me a coffe with half lid closed , he could have told when I ordered the tea in first places that they dont have hot pots now, no body wanna a cold tea in 5 in the morning. Teach your employess how to talk to nice customers without looking at their color and not to use ear phones while working at tim hortons , not coming back here again.
They are busy and fast but my breakfast BELT was not that good. The bagel was scrawny and deformed and the egg was good but the bacon, lettuce and tomato were so small it was hard to see them or taste them at all. Not like I have had in tha past. I had an apple fritter instead of tha hashbrown and that was great. The coffee was good too. I will go back to this location again and give them another try.
Need new people working there, I really have to remind to mix my coffee. Always in a rush and overfilling drinks splashing all over my hands. Cream cheese is thicker than my bagel.
That guy that work at drive thru, on 853am this morning was sooooo rude. If you don’t like your job then quit. You don’t have to show your attitude to your customers, we don’t owe you anything :)
This location’s closing time is 11pm. They start avoiding customers after 10pm. Whatever customer is ordering, either they will say is not available or we are cleaning. So that customer leave by their self. Last week I went inside store around 10:15 pm, nobody was there to attend customer. I experienced same situation from last three weeks. Their weekend evening staff is very lazy and rude.
FALSE ADVERTISING. They don't have any esspresso products. Yet every single monitor is advertising it. I was told "that's what all Tim Hortons has" no it is not. I worked for McDonald's for 13 years. They have the exact same board. It is store manager and supervisors job to price and display what is there. You price it to 0.00 and it dissapears. So hard right?Edit: this is the worst coffee
Missing items every single day from no chicken to no grilled items limited donuts. Staff is always highly untrained. Overall a terrible fast food place food takes forever and is never done well I am very disappointed in every aspect of a business sense.
They need to spend a few extra cents and use biodegradable plastic-like straws instead of paper straws. The straws unravel waaaayyyyy before you can finish your drink. I have 40% of a still-frozen Ice Capp sitting here and the straw is unusable.I'd recommend going for the small drink sizes and/or asking for extra straws.
Drive Thru Staff always in a hurry didn’t get our order properly. We ordered mocha ice capp. They give me the regular ice capp. We ask for 6 pcs boston cream donuts but they give us assorted!
