The coffee is good. If you want to place an order I suggest giving a good 15-20 mins lead time. It’s Saturday, 5:00 PM and only four people working. Really? I guess that answers the question of why there’s two big garbage cans blocking the drive-thru. Is there an actual franchisee present? Go to your store and see for yourself… 20+ people in the restaurant is not fair to your staff that are most likely grossly underpaid for the work they have to do. Get it together, or just sell your restaurant. On a side note: clean the visible feces off of the wall and ceiling in the ladies bathroom. I would give one star but the employees were working hard.
This location is always out of decaf. My husband and I often go through the drive through. I drink regular and he drinks decaf. The window staff often tells us to wait for the decaf out front where they usually forget us and we have to go in and remind them. Sometimes they just say they don't have decaf and they don't give the option to wait for it to brew. Today, we pull up to the window and they gave my husband half a cup because that's all they had. We won't go back to this location. The Tim Hortons at South Common always has decaf ready and the staff is always so friendly.
The service is so bad compared the Tim's on Argyll. Breakfast sandwiches were falling apart, shell in the egg, didn't put honey in my tea and the person at the window was curt and more focused on his fellow employee than handing my food out safely. Avoid.
Apparently this store doesn't care what you order, they just make you the normal sandwich anyway. Don't go here if you want anything non-standard. You can select different options on your mobile order which they will promptly ignore.
I would like to let the owner know that the people those who work in the evening they have to get trained really well , they don’t even know what they are really giving to the customers , you should take this seriously , cause you are spoiling company reputation I am going to send another email to your head office as well , that what exactly happening in this location . Mind this .
I have never seen such an garbage tim hortons in EDMONTON before with untrained staff and the staff don’t even know how to talk to their customers. Every time had an unsatisfactory experience with the staff and the quality they provide to customers. I hope you will grow up.
I had a total trash experience at this location. After placing my order they shorted me a coffee. I stopped to check that the food I had ordered for my co workers was accurate. Only to find half the food missing. I entered the store and was told the two missing items were not added to the order. I said fine… pulled my my card again and paid a 3rd time… and again they failed to add the second missing sandwich. What a absolute joke. It should never take 4 transactions to complete a single order. I called the location to talk to a manager after getting back to the office, and no one answers the phone. I highly recommend avoiding this location whenever possible.
Constantly closes early. Google says open till 11pm, its 10:28 and there is a garbage can in the drive through and doors are locked.
Long, slow line ups in drive through. Asked for a steeped tea, I was told it would be a few minutes, I'm already in the line and there is no where else to go any way. Then I was told the steeped tea machine was PLUGGED! LMAO! The steeped tea is made the same way as a pot of coffee! I just think they didn't want to make a fresh pot. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am visiting this location frequently in the past few weeks. The food is good but I have concerns with regards to Public Health Policy. I see many other Tim Hortons locations asking for Vaccine proof when I am dining in. But this location never did. I am not sure why. I hope to get some clarification regarding the same.
