Decent service out there always has cheaper gas. Pizza is also sold by the slice from Pizza 73. Coffee ,breakfast wraps or what ever is avilable at Tims always ready on time and served fresh by the staff thank you.
This location is very poorly run. What a disaster! I have never NOT had a problem when ordering here. From incorrect drink and food orders, to missing items and terrible service. This time we waited for 20 mins after the drive through just to come home to the wrong food AND our drinks weren't made right. The crispy chicken (we ordered grilled) looked like it had been roasting for several hours, it was rock hard. Today was the last straw - NEVER again.
This place has its good days and it has some bad days. On good days, service is awesome, but on bad days you can expect to have a considerable wait, and going through the drive through, it is not uncommon for the attendants to interrupt your order mid sentence. Also, it seems that you get wrong orders. Backing up can sometimes take a bit as this is a very busy location.
Went there twice, gave me the wrong stuff both times, no customer service at all. No going there anymore.
Google and the sign out front of the restaurant shows they open at 5 am . I showed up at 510 and the lady told me they don’t open until 530 ! She wouldn’t get me my coffee even thought I showed her the sign said 5 am . I think I’ll go to McDonald’s instead because this isn’t the first time I was declined service for being there when they are supposed to be open .
Seems like they mess up every second order here. I've ordered 2 farmers wraps this time. They forgot to put cheese and sauce in both of them. Are you kidding me what's wrong with this location
Had the old fashioned plain donut, I feel it doesn't get enough love, so I wanted to post about it here. It was delicious. Sometimes it nice to go just plain.
Drove thru the drive thru and ordered my reg order like I do every morningI let them know that I called yesterday and they made my order wrong and the gentleman that spoke to said he remembers my order and that I go there every morning and order the same thing and to remind them and I would get a free STEEP TEA with 2 CREAM . I mentioned it to the girl this morning and she said FYI she remembers my order and they didnt put sugar in my tea. WOW your going to make that statement to me and argue with me!!! I know what I tasted!!! I got to work and not to my surprise they got my order wrong again! MY XLG BLACK COFFEE wasn't BLACK my order every morning is XLG original blend Black coffee and a lg Steep Tea with 2 cream, how difficult is it to get the order right!!!!!!!!!
Wife went and picked up some sandwiches, seems only one person was working. Got the order wrong and missed some of our order. We live 20 minute drive away. Will not recommend this tim hortons.
I have pulled up 15-20 min before close at least 15 times and they’re always closed or ignoring the people in the drive thru. So unprofessional and will be reporting to hq.
