Tim's on 132 Avenue and 97 Street. Just went in with my partner for an iced cap and a tea. Heard rumors about this place being "rough" but it was clean and quiet. The staff were talking and laughing. It was a Sunday and there was no lineup.

kind and fast is the best they are in almost every corner, practical to take a good coffee in the mornings apart from that their breakfasts are rich
Terrible service yesterday waited forever for my order! Never going back! The worst ever!
Been going here for years as I work nearby. Staff are good and rarely have issues with any orders. I would avoid coming during “school lunch hour” during the year. 11:30am to 12:30 pm roughly, as the high school nearby will basically overwhelm all areas. The drive through can be royal mayhem especially during that time. The parking lot isn’t all that big, so when the drive through gets overwhelmed in there it can really bottleneck the whole place. But overall a good location with good staff.
First they didn't give me a bun at all with my large soup. I had to ask and got a tiny piece of a bun. Then when I got home I realized there was no salt/pepper or butter at all. Very disappointed
Tables were missing stability and very wobbly. Needs some tlc and upgrades
I was going to the dentist and I was a little early so I went and got a bottle of water and a muffin to eat afterwards
