This rating is for the entitled customers who come to this location and can't read a sign properly AND ACCESS THE DRIVETHROUGH FROM THE WRONG WAY. You all have 0 integrity and it's disgusting. Never coming to this location again. I suggest the manager start enforcing his own sign.
Employees busy in gossips and showing attitude to their customers. I came here two times both time got wrong order and long wait. They always try to prove their customers wrong and not apologize for their mistake. I will not come back here. Owner should work on employees. I hope I can give them 0 star.
There always slow and the chilli is like soup. Not worth it. Only good 4 tea and coffee.
If your use your grown up voice and speak clearly they will get it right. Tired of seeing people mumble whisper their order in front of me then get mad when they can't understand or get it wrong. Other than a few rude customers this is a great location!
Was here last night, just before 10pm, my son went in to get a coffee, Iced coffee, and potato wedges, and I stayed in the car. He stood there, after getting the coffee and Iced coffee, being ignored, and waited, and waited for his potato wedges. He asked one staff meneber about them, who said ok, and then walked away, never came back. He waited again, and finally asked that same staff member again for his potato wedges, who again, said ok, and finally told another staff member. All in, he waited 20min for potato wedges. I would have gone in myself to see what was going on, if they hadn't locked the doors at 10. So what? The staff just ignore the fact that someone is standing at the counter? It seems as if no one could be bothered. Is it because he's a teenager he's ignored? Asked staff multiple times and he's ignored? 20 freaking min!! That is absolutely ridiculous! By the time he eventually came back to the car, coffee wasn't even very hot anymore. And to top if off, all that time waiting for his wedges, they tasted like they had been sitting forever. Your staff need to get thier head out of their a** and do thier job.
I've always received very friendly fast service. My orders have been accurate , even my customized requests are happily dealt with.Just tonight I called ahead and got a cheerful hello and a yes to my request.So thanks!
Not only did they get my order wrong but they were allowing unmasked people into the store, even though it is required to wear one. What’s the point of asking for proof of vaccinations if the employees aren’t enforcing all health and safety measures on the customers! Definitely won’t be coming back to this location!
The place is full of orientle people that just stair and laugh and at people like we are the imagrants . They stair like you owe them rent money or your wearing their comono .. im not going back cause ill be in trouble for turning their frowns upside downs
Staff is fast, friendly, & no matter how many vehicles in the drive thru, they move people through as fast as possible. The inside is well designed with plenty of seating.
Wow very hot coffee on early morning .. Set for 10 min to cool down.. Still tasty
