Awful, when I was there last weekend we were harassed by homeless in the restaurant. They proceeded to get our order wrong, and gave us rancid milk to drink. Avoid this place.

I've visited this location many, many times. The commitment to delivering consistent food has always been there.I'm unsure if this was an off day, but the service is steadily declining. Will make another visit to ensure a fair comparison.

If I could give this a zero I would but i can't so i give it a one, yall need to learn how to make a wrap that isn't ice cold and over cooked I don't know how you manage that one but some how you do,I've worked in the food industry before and the quality of food being served is disgusting DO BETTER.

I will not be coming back to this Tim Horton’s again.I was in the drive thru and had ordered a wrap and an iced capp. There was only the price shown for the wrap to come as a meal, not individually. The lady had asked me if I wanted to make it a meal which I had said no to. The wrap and iced capp came to $9 which seemed like the price of the meal. No big deal- I was going to confirm when I got to the window. When I got there, I kindly asked if it was $9 for a wrap and a small iced capp as it seemed a bit high. She told me that was the cost of both items. I kindly said okay and asked if I could get a receipt. AS SOON as I asked for a receipt, she looked over to her coworker and immediately started saying something in her language. As soon as she said whatever it was to her coworker, her coworker rolled her eyes HARD and said “Hay nako” which from my knowledge is used to express frustration or exasperation like “oh my gosh” in Tagalog. I’m not dumb. I’m not naive enough to think that what was said was something they didn’t want me hearing in English. I’m all for everyone speaking their native language BUT if you’re going to do it as soon as I ask for something that you don’t like, you should not be working in the public sector. It’s wrong and it makes the customer feel very undervalued. This is not okay and I sincerely hope you, as a store, can work on your customer service skills.Will not be coming back.

Worst service ever, pre ordered my breakfast wrap, took them 10 minutes to acknowledge i was standing at the pick up window. Then proceeded to tell me to wait another 8 minutes for my wrap when i ordered over 30 minutes prior to them talking to me, then they did not refund me when i said "i need to leave or i will be late for work" no credit, no refund and when i contacted customer service from the app they said "not our responsibility to give you a refund, you need to go to the store and ask" when they refused to refund me the first time

No inventory, slow service, garbage can is pushed back and made to fit a homeless man to sit, hide and beg. Can’t throw out garbage. But I can tip a bum and then not get a iced cap because they don’t have any espresso.. or any iced cap? Really? Bye Felicia

came in a night at 2am at drive through window bcozz im a truck driver and she said bring a car from drive through we r not allowed to gave u order without a car that how ur service is i came to drive through it doesnt matter i have car or i walk it to ur window atleast teach your employess to serve it properly

Great location for quick in and out, best part about this visit was that our order was paid for by the vehicle in front, so we paid for the order behind us ?

Very disappointed in Tim Horton's because when ordered something to eat, they did not ask to see my vaccine QR code as I was eating inside rather than my car. I will not go to this location again. The food I ordered was good.
