Please be cautious while ordering there .Today during the peak hours I did order 2 chicken wrap with a smooth and paid $22. While tasting the wrap it was too terrible and deadly to eat. It was like a rock and tasted mixed tuna salad tas in the chicken wrap. The smooth tasted totally different from the other stores. I thought of reporting to food and safety department but due to less time I couldn't make it. I felt like they severed previously prepared food may be more than 3 hours . Hope they may be accountable to public those visit to buy trusting their food delivery and services.
They’re always so nice except this one lady who got irritated that I couldn’t get my app opened faster. She made a snide comment about getting my app ready before hitting the drive thru, sometimes it just takes forever to load .
Horrible customer service!!! Two girls were on the ordering machine and were laughing and not taking our order seriously they kept messing up every time we would ask for something and when we asked what they had for wraps they didn’t tell us anything and said some random stuff about other things on the menu. I’ve asked about five times about something specific but they weren’t answering the question nor did they care because they just kept laughing and fooling around.
I mean the food and drinks are always good but it is getting a little pricey. But then again everything is. Bathrooms are always clean and stuff very friendly.
Count your change if you're paying with cash because after having a suspicion of being short changed, I started paying attention. Now, 3/3 visits I have been given the wrong amount of money due back to me anywhere from 10cent to 35cents. Not cool.
Worst customer service ever. They screwed up my order twice today. They were not too busy so I can't even say that in rush they messed up my order. There were 2 girls working on one person's order and still it wasn't right. I would recommend that before you pay, make sure you aks the receptionist to repeat back your order, because definitely they don't get it right at first.
Great service.Tim Hortons app is a little dolly if your ordering for more than 1 person can't use more than one deal.
Great coffees and ham and cheese sandwiches. Perfect taste on the palette. Hope they come out with more items that are so tasty on the palette.
Placed a mobile order and picked it up. A cup of regular coffee lasts a day for me.... coffee smells and tastes like some kind of mixture of coffee and tea which I have never ever tasted at any other locations. This is definitely not a coffee, this is rather tea........waste of my money and will have to grab another cup of coffee again...... I will never ever visit this place again.
