This location is so concerned with pushing people through the drivethru so quickly, they couldn’t be bothered to listen to any questions or concerns of their customers. Make sure you’re paying attention to your total!!When my total was over $2 higher than I expected, I had to ask the employee *3* times what I was being charged for before he gave me a relevant (but wrong) answer. Of course the manager got involved because I was at the window longer than 10 seconds and she was just as terrible. She started a screaming match with me because “it’s what the computer is saying”, again not even listening to me. I finally asked them to break my order down into 2 transaction that I knew the total of both because I’ve ordered them before, and sure enough it was $2.50 less than what they originally tried to charge. When I asked the manager again why there was the price difference, she offered not a sliver of an apology and still denied that anything was punched in wrong. She said that it was what the computer was saying and that I should just order in 2 transactions again next time. Like what kind of customer service is that!?
I come to buy coffee every time I hangout with my friends at this location, I was aware that employee have attitude towards the customers which I did not pay attention to it, however today when I bought a coffee I realized how rude they were. I understand you could have bad sometimes, but not every single day you will have a bad day. SMH
This Tim Hortons is horrible. Cant get a 2 cream coffee correct and ask for 6 assorted donuts and you get 3 assorted with doubles, terrible terrible place.For the money you spend at least they could make a correct coffee
Crispy chicken craveable sandwhich... Nothing to crave here, this thing was absolutely disgusting. Small piece of chicken covering half of the sandwhich, which had a nice chewey piece of cartilage or something inside. The one piece of dark green lettuce was wilted.
several times I have not received what I ordered. I just asked in the drive thru for 2 farmer's breakfast wraps with bacon and once at home my son finds that there is sausage and not bacon. This happened several times. This is the worst Tim Horton's I've been to.
What can I say,it's Timmies. For most part,all good. I like the chili meal deal.coffee is too strong for me.However the tea is way,way to hot to drink.Im sure some one has burnt there mouth drinking the teas.
Always a hit an miss with hash browns, once took one and smacked it off my stearing wheel it was soo over cooked to pretty much thawing and cold another time. Todays events "toasted english muffin" recieved order. Checked order was not toasted. Asked to be toasted and she said it is and thats what you get.. as im literally flopping it around very not toasted..... okay.
I don't like going through drive thru, so I went inside. No one was in line, so we stood there and waited, and waited. Drive thru was backed up really bad and they were only focusing on that. Not one single employee bothered to look up at us, except when we turned around and left. This is slowly becoming the norm. I'll probably avoid this location now.
Only thing they do good here is the coffee (that's why I put the second star). I've had food from here before and I always feel sick to my stomach after.Don't eat here
The coffee is great. The food is great. The day shift is great. The night shift doesn't care about the working man. The lobby was closed before midnight. Tried walking through drive thru. Was a no go. Drove the forklift through drive thru. I was able to order my coffee but was not served at the window. Might try this vehicle next.
