Fresh donuts and muffins. Coffee was fresh. Went in not through drive thru as I like to see my breakfast before I buy it. Dining area was clean as were the staff - uniforms all neat and clean. Kicking myself that I didn’t try the new birthday cake confetti donut. Not every tim hortons is as good as this one - so I don’t know what I’ll get somewhere else. I’ll be making this location my go to when headed to the Pet store or going to the QE2 - which is a fair bit. See you next time!
By far the worst Timmies in the city. We honestly can’t remember a good experience here. Never fails. Every time we decide to give it a try again (cause it’s the closest to where we live), something is always wrong with the order, or a machine is down, or they don’t have ingredients to make something.Just this morning…. In a hurry so we stop there. Huge line up.. Pull up to the speakers in the drive-thru. There’s a sign on each speaker that says “debit is down. Cash only”That’s fine. But please explain to me why you would put the signs there and not at the first of the drive-thru to save people without cash from even entering the drive-thru…. SMHWe’ll be driving the extra distance to go to literally any other Tim Hortons than this one from now on.
I suggest going in always, unless you see the drive threw is next to empty.This is another Timmy's that has a really awkward parking lot, so caution!! That's why I took away a full star.
Nothing beats a iced coffee in summers … definitely recommend trying it. Just ask to add a lil cream to balance out the sugar,..

Good service and prime location. I have noticed that customer need to wait 20 mjns to get coffee in peak hours . hope they will hire more staff on week hours to manage the traffic
Friendly service. My ordered was correct fresh & hot. Fast lineup even with only one till open.
They need to prepare more food for people to buy you go there at 5 And they don't have donuts or chili it's pretty sad
Not one of the better Tim Hortons. Didn't ask if it was to stay or go so came in paper not crockery.The seats are really uncomfortable with a weird ly shaped seat. They ran out of whole-wheat buns which I find ridiculous. So if you have a choice go to a different location.
The staff are generally nice but always seem to mess up my sandwich orders. Today I ordered a BELT only to get egg, 1 tomato, no sauce no bacon. Do they even know what a BLT stands for?? Another time I ordered a bagel with butter only to find my bagel literally soaked in butter. The owner of this location needs to know that they have staff that don't care whatsoever on how to make an order properly. Maybe the owner and GM don't care? Look at all these reviews!! Wake up!
