What would I do for an excellent cup of coffee? I'd go to a place like The Roastery, or Cafe Beano, or Higher Ground. But when you're starving, thirsty, and apolitical as to foreign indentured labour laws and exploitation of the international slave labour markets, I assure you, the AMERICAN OWNED company, Tim Hortons, will do in a pinch. It's either THAT or MacDonalds. Both suck. Suffer with garbage if the other options are inconvenient.
Worst Tim Hortons, consistently. They don't even try to get your order correct. My tea is cold 90% of the time and I'm given grief when I ask them for a hot tea. I've even been told that they wouldn't correct it even though they handed my steeped tea to me cold. Don't waste your time.
Calgary trail/Near husky worst location fir staff on MULTIPLE occasions in one week, as they talk to you like garbage, then when you ask for manager theirs 8 staff standing behind said manager having to ask the manager/owner? @ times to tell the staff to back off/go away they have nothing to do with the conversation (this was done 3 times in ONE week) absolutely ridiculous. Apologized to EVERYTIME try to give us free stuff after apology, and I don't want/take it, I'd rather be spoken to with respect than spoken ABOUT in ANOTHER language by 3 people right in front of me I don't understand, how is that customer service?? Then again manager/owner? apologize explain they can't do that yet staff don't listen as they know they won't lose their jobs, which makes this even WORSE!! Great work/team ethic?And yes exact words "go ahead talk to my manager they won't fire me they need me"!! ?? Are you serious???♀️?
Tried the farmer’s breakfast wrap and the iced capp. Wrap was okayish.. not so good though. Iced capp was good. Also tried the new timbiebs… all three types are okayish.. not worth the hype.
Wrong Coffee.Picked up breakfast sandwiches and asked for Latte. Was asked to pull into parking spot as 'Latte' was not ready. As soon as i parked, person came and gave the order. i thought " that's quick". When i drank few minutes later, behold it was NOT LATTE, just flat coffee. Thanks @timhortons for running my morning.
This is a nice location. I always have a good time here! Staff is friendly, and the owner is an extremely kind human being!
(Edit) the manager (Michelle) called me today and she was extremely kind and helpful and is going to help fix the problem. She has been the first real, genuinely kind person I’ve dealt with so far at this location. So I very much appreciate that. Being a single mom spending money on food we can’t end up eating is just very much not ideal. But she has very kindly said she is more than willing to help which has changed my whole mood towards the situation, so again thank you. I can see why she has the manager job. Very kind and professionalOther times I have had to deal with very rude; impatient and just people who have been very uninterested in helping me.I very often get my order wrong, just today I went to get my sick child chicken noodle soup and a sandwich. Said several times NO bacon and no sauce! which the woman repeated back. Only to go home and it is smothered in bacon and mayo. We do not eat pork in my home so I am not happy. ALSO! My son found a hair in his soup!!!I have been trying to call them and no one answers, it rings and rings and rings but no one picks up.
Rude at cash. Sternly told me the “CARD WAS SCANNED.” Gave me full lettuce leafs for my chicken bowl. Gave me frozen butter NO NAPKINS horrible customer service. MADE OWN FOOD BEFORE MINE
Usually good, but today I had rude service. No one answering at the drive thru and when they finally do they are belittling customers for asking if someone is there to take their order.
Lately every time I go there, there is something wrong with my order. More often than not I have to start my order over again at the window. It's happening so often I have changed my route to work so that I pass by a different location.
