My wife and I had a guest from Australia, she wanted to try Tim's , from the time we got there couple of tables were taken, found out they been there for some time. We got a table, my wife went to get 2 coffee for us and a mocha for guest, well we finished our coffee but our guest said this mocha is very watery does not taste good, ended up throwing over three quarters out. We were there for roughly 45 minutes.While walking out looked up to see any employee at counter nobody was there as we were in a hurry to leave.It leaves a bad impression on Tim's on serving watered down mocha.
This location is very dirty. They dont clean anything. I spoke to the manager and she told me to F- off, so clearly they dont care and wont change! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION :)
Go inside to place orders as I always get what I order. The drive thru staff are the issue, better yet go to Starbucks. The Starbucks nearby, they always have a smile and a friendly attitude.
They haven't withdrawn stores from Russia, and I'm Ukrainian so...I'm boycotting Timmies, but this coffee purchase was on a gift card I got from a customer at Christmas. So...
Workers decide when they want to vlose early if their doors say 11pm they shouldn't be allowed to lock the doors until 11pm or they should get fired. I will be calling the head office on the workers Friday may 6th you should all be let go its 11pm not 1055pm losers

I don’t know who she was. Her name was jonna. She needs to know how to talk with the customers. She was very rude . Rather than solving the problem she was arguing. Worst tim hortons???
Super slow service in drive thru.. I can't believe that the worker put my coin change on top of the lid of my coffee. How will I gonna drink that if that is contaminated by the coin...so disappointing no common sense
Waited in the drive thru with one car in front of me for almost 10-15 mintues and still received rehde behaviour by the staff. Very disappointed.
Terrible and rude service by night staff. I understand you are out of most items, but atleast don't be rude about it.
