This Tim Horton's location has some good food, but they really needs to make some improvements to safety, cleanliness, and giving more polite customer service. First, the steel cover on the floor at the east entrance needs to be repaired; it is very loose and easy to slip on. I have told the staff about this, but it still has not been fixed. Also, the washrooms are usually filthy, and the door always slams automatically when it closes. There is one employee there in particular who is always abrupt and sour-faced. She never smiles and always looks annoyed.

The food quality has gone downhill at this location. I thought bagels are suppose to be circular.

Only reason I gave 1 star is I had no choice, otherwise I would give this location a ZERO!!This Tim's is the closest location for me on my way to work...Homeless people ALWAYS hanging around hounding people for $$$$$!The staff at this location are rude, no people skills and the owner needs to tune things up!! Speaking of the owner, I was given their number and the phone rings and rings...So if the owner is reading this please post your contact information so we can discuss your staff.Namely...NIKHILL. THIS GUY, throws your order at you is pushy and needs to find another career...Reported him once already to AHS, regarding his lack of hand hygiene, etc during COVID lockdown.Most staff do not wear their name tags...I wonder why???There is also a very old, grumpy middle aged bitter woman who works at the counter when you choose to go inside the restaurant. She literally yells...At the customers, the other staff...Always yelling....Totally unprofessional and uncalled for....Time for her to move on maybe and seek professional help for her anger issues.The washrooms are gross...The exterior of this place, the garbage, recycle bins and waste containers need better monitoring! Almost always full and overflowing. Take care of this unsightly mess.A absent Manger/Owner and this is what you get.Avoid this location if you can!!

Horrible horrible horrible! The drive-thru is an absolute joke! They're extremely slow, and don't prepare your order until you're AT the pick up window. I waited 20 minutes in line for a box of doughnuts. At frst I assumed they must just be busy, but when I got to the window, the staff were literally standing around and chatting amongst themselves. I waited another minute, and nothing. Finally I honked to get their attention, only then did they scramble to prepare my order. What a joke! Don't use their drive-thru!

After sitting at the speaker at drive thru for 5 minutes, saying “hello” over and over, with a line up of cars behind us, we decided to drive to the window. We told them nobody was taking our order at the speaker and the looked at us like we were lying to them. We made our order (a few muffins and some tea). They asked us to pull around the corner to wait for our order. We sat there and watched as 7 cars came and went through drive thru - no order came out to us. We went inside to find they hadn’t even started our order. This is not the first time we have had terrible service at this location but it will be the last. We will not be coming here again.

I went in with my daughter, asked what soup they had. The person taking the order walled away. Six people looked at the soup, then the person taking my order went in the back. 10 mins later I placed my order with someone else. The bun was ripped in half with hands not cut. The washroom was disgusting, they had to walk the key to washroom and unlock it for me and the first time I asked someone they pointed and walked away.

This review is not about food or service, it’s safety, check the picture and you guys will understand. They have I believe two entrances the one we enters has steel floor or some kind, it was so slippery, Luckily none of us had a slip and fall accident, but can’t say others, Please fix it before a law suit initiated by some unfortunate patron. Thank you.

0/10 worst Tim's in the city in terms of customer service. Had to wait five minutes until I pulled up to the window and was greeted with rude customer service. I then proceeded to place an order of 4 items in which they sent me to wait to wait in curbside pick up for 9 minutes to be exact. Turning my fast food experience into a sit down breakfast...... But it gets even worse even with the time it takes a master chef to make a full meal they still butcherd my order of a bagel with creme cheese and a bacon farmers wrap. Giving me a sausage farmers wrap and a ham sandwich instead. The only person who knows what they are doing in this whole operation is the manager who was very understanding of the situation. Swiftly bringing me the right food the second time around.Don't eat here if you want a fast food experience.Food was also sloppy not looking like much effort had been put into it .

Went in about 15 mins ago and ordered a regular chilli with a donut and was not told that it was ready on the top they just ignored me. I then looked into the bag and I was given a huge bun. I asked for a smaller one and was given it with a snarky look. When I got home I ate some and the bun was old, flat & dry. I was very disappointed so I called their number and was hung up on twice. I use to really like this Tim’s but something has changed and it is not good!

I NEVER leave bad reviews because I’m a firm believer that everyone has bad days but this Tim hortons is located in the same parking lot of the professional building that I work in, so I go here at least once a week.For the most part staff is great with the exception of one specific women who runs the till and is ALWAY irritated, abrupt and rude to customers and other staff, to the point that it ruins your entire experience even if it’s a short one. My coworkers have the same experience every time they go and that is why I chose to write my first and only bad review, because clearly it’s not just a bad day.
