Drive through is always full. Would prefer to order through app for a curbside pickup. Staff are prompt in delivering your order.
It's a typical Tim Hortons. The place was clean and I received my food and drink quickly after ordering
Whenever I go into the restaurant, it ends up being 20 minutes for me to order/and receive my food. The staff clearly prioritizes drive through customers over walk-ins, even when there is a line up of 10 people waiting to order. Poor experience
Ordered veg wrap and they gave me chicken wrap and they had didn’t even apologize, wouldn’t even accept their mistake and ganged up on me protecting the girl who took our order.Height of unprofessionalism!!!!!!
I usually have a bad experience in this location because of such reasons: the staff forgets to put on the toppings; forgets some of the donuts, or other issues that can be found annoying, but every time *Bella* serves my order; she always makes sure to be efficient with it and always makes the items look lovely. She makes the items ordered feel like they have come out of the actual advertised picture, and that goes to show how passionate she is towards her job and being a part of customer service.*Bella* is extremely friendly, quick with the service, and always gets it right. I hate this location but *Bella* makes me love it. If *Bella* worked for any of my companies, I would 100% give her a raise. People such *Bella* who work in this terrible location makes it survive and thrive. Will for sure come back in the future because of *Bella's* positive customer support.
I worked here for barely a week and it was the worst! The staff is super rude, especially to someone they are supposed to be training. There is a select few that were nothing but nice (like 5 out of the dozen or two I met) but overall, a terrible experience. Between other staff making fun of customers (while the customer is either within earshot or still in the drivethrough by the speaker), or simply being snarky and unfriendly it was a very unwelcoming environment. Happy to say I got a new job and got out real quick. It was so bad, I want to give it a 0. But I can't, so I give it a 1.
I usually (most of the time) have a bad experience in this location because the staff usually forgets to put on the cream; forget some of the donuts, or other issues that can be found annoying, but everytime *Bella* serves my order; she always makes sure to be efficient with it, and always makes the items look lovely. she makes the items ordered feel like they have came out of the actual advertised picture (thats how good she does her job). *Bella* is extremely friendly, quick with the service, and always gets it right. I hate this location but *Bella* makes me love it. If *Bella* worked for me I would 100% give her a raise, people like her in a terrible location makes it survive and thrive. I want to express my love to the south common location on the 99 street, because I like everything that’s is in the menu , I specially like the great Customer service from the girl named Candence I believe that her name, I was there today May 2 around 8:45 pm and it is always the same amazing customer service , please let her know how wonderful she is! Thank you Candence and keep going girl! Good job Tim Hortons Team !
I was there today before 6’0 clockI went drive throuCashier did not acknowledge me & she served me but did not say a single word. But I said to her “ thanks & have a great day”. But that would be her saying that . Very bad experience
Accidentally made a mobile order at the wrong Tims because the mobile app was showing another tim Hortons by 23d ave as 9 metres away so I placed an order at that one by accident and I was on a 15 minute break and the worker said sorry wrong store, didn’t have any time to go back in too line and order or pay so that was really disappointing that I had to work on an empty stomach. All I ordered was a steep tea woulda been nice if she offered to let me just order it again at the front of the line or just hooked it up.
