Fast drive thru. Is all I can say about this place . If they miss an item that you clearly tell them you want . Then come in afterwards to ask about it . They(manager) specifically looks at you with such a condescending look like you want to come an steal food/drinks. And when I went inside they said I didn't get charged for the drink when clearly I did because the meal without a drink would have been have been around $6.59 and I would have received $13 in change when I only received $11 plus So they charged me for another drink while I was in store Because they are too lazy to look back at the previous order
26 Jun 2022 , 9:46 am very slow from the drive thru as well as inside only one person serving front taking order and making drinks, the line is no even moving. Very slow ; can u please tell to change the gloves as I am allergic to pork. He has a blue shirt no name tag at all , “she changed already we have big orders”Novembre24, 2021, 9:23 am, Bought a sandwich Caprese then added turkey on it , Patricia was at the sandwich station as I was observing while I waited my sandwich Patricia was not using any tongues at all, while picking up sausages not using the black tongue then cut it with a knife so the sausage was removed from the pan holding unit with her hands instead with the black tongue. The Supervisor Gelyn instructed Patricia to change her gloves clearly and loudly then Patricia did not care and mind to change her gloves. There are people who are allergic of pork. Then I took my sandwich and put it in the garbage because I don’t want to get sick or take epinephrine injection so that I dont get skin inflammation , asthma , nausea and vomit. The fact that Patricia did not do her task properly I had to waste my sandwich.Around 10am Jun 5th 2021 bought two drinks meduim coffee and extra large green tea asked Gelyn to give me a double cup with the extra large green tea while giving me she abruptly and roughly snatched the sleeve from my hand by the way it is COVID what Given to me she is supposed not to use it for another person the point of me writing the review is her customer service is very poor and her behaviour described above is not good for the business thought she had some racism thing going on in her.By the time they started steak sandwiches. I went there with my family bought Two steaks, dozen donuts and six different driinks unfortunately they put back backon on it. So they put it in the garbage as my mother and my sister inlaw don't eat pork. After my work heard it, went back and she fixed it the supervisor Lani. Then a week ago I bought small decafinated coffee one cream the coffee was overnight decaf served to me the taste was all burnt. After a week went back inside the store precisely today to explain myself about the bad decaf got served the same supervisor Lani said we don't do endorsement u always come with mistakes I am like I want to pay the decaf please brew fresh one for me don't give me the overnight one . IT IS NOT a fight ,it is about to get the right product I ordered please change your behaviour while taking my order I am not a beggar.
Perfect coffee makes everything perfect. It was a drive thru visit. Order taker was very professional and despite 5 cars ahead my vehicle I received order in less than 180 secs.And the Dark roast was freshly brewed
It is 10:54. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:42. I'm still not at the window to receive my order. It's been an average of 5 min per car to go thru. Too bad it's the only drive thru downtown
These guys never ever serve chai tea latte properly. It always tastes like steep tea. Just tryna ignore their customer’s every-time I visit through drive-thru
This location need to improve and train their employees properly. Every time I go, there is always mistake and I always have to go back and ask, one time it is ok, but second time its not acceptable. The taste is different than other location. Please have a good and improve your employees
OHH HELL NAWWWW !! I ordered their veggie cilantro loaded bowl and saw a strand of hair in my quinoa/rice ??♀️ do they not wear hair nets in the kitchen ??? Absolutely disgusting
Guys when someone buys an everything begal toasted with butter and pays for it, he should get enough butter on the bagel not an imitation. It’s May save you a few cent, but you also ruin someone’s first bite of the morning. Sham..
Every time I have went to this tim Hortons I’ve had nothing but bad service. My coffee was never right and my bagels always destroyed. Lastnight my younger brothers vehicle was towed with no explanation to where it was. No help from the manager and no help from the black diamond security they told me to get in contact with. Overall very poor experience and we will be switching to Starbucks.
Ordered a couple Sausage and Egg English Muffins and asked for no cheese. Was told they can't do that so instead they'll put in a Simple Sausage Muffin and add the egg for $1.40 and then never gave me the eggs. Anywhere else would just not put the cheese in. I paid $8 for buttered muffins. Hate to be the guy who checks the food every time at the drivethru before leaving but seriously...
