I usually don’t complain but here, the service was ridiculous, I ordered cheese melt and bagel it was all burned and just some dips on the name of toasted with cream cheese, potato veggies was already half in the box.,, staff sucked so slow.. deserves zero rating

Hours state open until 10pm. Never actually open until 10, always closing 10-15 minutes early. When your hours are until 10, you should be open until 10. Pretty bad when the manager looks at you with a smile on their face and shrugs at you like its not their problem. What a joke location.

The doughnuts we got were great, they had forgot the whip on our ice cap (no problem, got it fixed) and the bagel wasn't cut and didn't have enough cream cheese on it. Typically you'd get a bunch of cream cheese to equal out the size of the bagel, giving you that giant glob of cheese in the middle to deal with, but honestly it felt like there was only 1 packet of cream cheese in there ?

Tried the new Hershey S'mores Iced Capp. Not worth trying at all. The simple iced capp taste so much better than this one.

I entered the store and viewed all new faces. The management switched over from former all 'womens' to all 'mens' team. I placed my order and was surprised to see so many staff, but then I was given the impression some of them were in training. I ordered lunch, two bacon, lettuce, tomatoe sandwiches and two crispy chicken wraps, together with two doughnuts for dessert. When I arrived home famished from having a long morning without breakfast, I was excited to dig into my lunch. I was absolutely shocked to see all 4 sandwiches were empty. The BLTs had a half a slice of bacon, and half a slice of tomatoe with a bit of lettuce. In appearance, you could only see the lettuce. The two chicken wraps consisted of two tiny slices of crispy chicken which were rubbery, and an added minute squeeze of sweet sauce. They appeared to look like sunken wraps without ingredients. The only items I recognized from that store location were the doughnuts ?❗️❗️I cannot express how absolutely astonished and disappointed I was in my meal and that of my lunch partner. I was exasperated, shocked, embarrassed and puzzled. The Whyte Avenue Tom Horton's has always been my favorite location. It will now be the last entrance and exit I will ever make after 10 years of patronage. It's shameful and catastrophic to me.The $30.00 which I had I spent could have modestly purchased two beautiful pot roasts for the price I paid for 4 empty sandwiches. I really don't see business lasting there too much longer.L.S.

Hours have changed to suit the prissy snowflakes that Edmonton has to offer. Wont be spending time or money at this location!

Why closed at 6 for most of the week?? Look forward to meeting people after work, but you close the same time as I leave my job.... WTH??!!

On Saturdays, there's a bikers meet with cool rides to see; sometimes, the car scene is here, too. The food and drink are pretty good; it is a Tim's after all, even with the human variables they did well enough, I thought. There could be a way since this is a small Whyte Ave shop and not a med or full size like.

They have a good selection of donuts/pastries in the morning when I stop by before work. Drinks are okay, although often inconsistent. The staff are very slow and it takes a while to actually be served. Most mornings you'll be stuck standing there waiting while the manager (?) and other employee are talking.

It was fine. Service was great and it wasn't busy (considering it's such a tiny Tim Hortons). Nothing to really complain about.
