I had the most horrible experience at this location today. They did absolutely nothing to even attempt to solve my issue... So I will be following up in a different way.
Broccoli soup was good but service sucked. Bought ice cap and noticed large crack in cup and half leaked out.. Brought it back up to cashier and she was angry cause I asked for new one. Was just going to give a another cup to pour it into even 1/2 of ot leaked all over table. When I said that wanted a fresh one she served 3 other people before me.
It seems like they never have anything. No donuts, not a single one.... We even had to wait for coffee. Like coffee and donuts is what they do. It's their main focus, or was once upon a time. But yet they had none. So tired of this.This location is a hot spot late night hangout. Have some good damn inventory.
I don't have a car and the times my friend has gone through this location's drive-through, I can't remember any incident worth mentioning. I usually only sit in, when I go with him. I've grown to usually loath Tim Hortons service, but this place has been okay. My friend often gets frustrated with them, when he tries to get his phone scanned for stuff, but I usually laugh as I've never bothered getting a phone. I gave this palce a 3-star rating, though, due to the fact that it seems to always have street people out front and within. I hate being panhandled outside of businesses I go into, especially when nothing seems to be done about it. The 7/11 just up the road is even worse for this, with allowing these people to even be passed out on the floor, inside the door. When I've ever complained about it, they often don't even acknowledge me. I notice this neighbourhood has a rather semi- skid row appearance. But given that, this place has escaped my usual loathing for this franchise, surprisingly enough.
Drive thru runs super smoothly and efficiently. Staff were also very pleasant. The parking lot is full of pot holes though. Also, during peak hours this parking lot may complicate things with the way the drive thru is arranged
Thank goodness they're open 24 hrs! Had to grab something very early in the morning before heading out of town. Good service and accurate order!
Good service for the medium coffee I pay him to dollar he doesn’t return the 10 sent maybe hes busy ?????
Dismal, wrong order, screwed it up in the drive thru... points scanner not working (again?, seems to happen a lot here) app not scanning and charged full price even though I showed them the discount activated... fed me a line of it's for "mobile orders only" sorry but this place is the pits... and how difficult is it to get 1 coffee wrong?? Seriously ?????
Very slow even if there’s only 2 cars in lineup takes me 15 mins for cup of coffee. Just horrible drive thru service for atleast past 6 months
It has been way too long since I've had a coffee this delicious ?. It rivals McDonald's coffee. I don't even need to ask them to stir. Because they obviously do. Good job Dalton Tim Hortons. 2 coffees and they've both been amazing ??
