Great menu with lots of choices on timbits!

The crispy chicken habanero bowl is one of the best things on menu for sure. Very good quantity for approximately priced portion size. Quite filling and taste really good too. Highly recommend trying it

I ordered chicken wraps and it was awesome. Staff was very friendly and did made the changes to my order according to my request.Thank you Guys

Forgot to put the hash brown in my farmer's wrap so it was just egg and sauce. It's a pretty busy Timmies, so sometimes mistakes happen.

They were having a very bad day yesterday. They were smiling but a few customers in a row had order mistakes and at least 10 minutes for my coffee and bagel and the guy ahead of me had a mobile order and waited 12 minutes for someone to hand him his bag of sandwiches. He was smoking mad.In the past, they have always impressed with service and quality.

The cheese melt bread tasted a little uncooked. Cold coffee was good.

They charged me extra cause a sandwich "doesn't exist" anymore and gave me the version worth half the price. Maybe just say you don't have it anymore and don't be rude?

Rege needs to be gone ASAP!I am not the only person who stopped going to this location; I personally know 2 people who faced similar treatment and this location.Rege asked me to show him my mug because I asked for a refill, but I know that I shouldn't bring my mug in due to covid-19. He said I aske everyone the same question , but he shouldn't if he does. I told him that is rude and he kick me out of the store and he asked the team members not to serve me anymore I emailed the head office about my complaint never get a response from them I am not going to drink Tim Hortons coffee anymore I meant ask all my friends relatives families to stop drinking coffee from Tim Hortons.

Customer service is dead at Tim Hortons; my mom didn't even get a Roll Up with her order; since everything is digital the clerk forgot and could not fix the problem. Sad times we live in.

Hi Dear Manager pls need more training in front counter staff….yesterday 13 March in mng near about 10:30 I went to in store….one customer have on my front. when came my turn no body take my oder I stand over there at least 15 minutes fr waiting in front of counter every body busy on drive drew….after that I went to back out side without take oder….I m also going to job….I reached late on my work without take a oder….I already did work on Tim Horton bt we never do like that with customer….
