One of poor maintenance at this location. The espresso shot machine is not working even a single time in morning from last month and now the grill too. They should have updated there machines instead of drive thrus.
Bathroom floors were sticky, toilet doesn't flush properly and if I were blind I'd have to be 7 feet tall to access the braile lettering in the building.New drive through is a mess. Need better access from the side street to get in.
Every now and then it all works out. I usually order a coffee abs a plain donut, the donuts are the same everywhere you go anywhere in the country, the coffee changes in 2 ways. 1) it is perfect but takes a minute longer to get, so 2 minutes instead of < 1 minute. 2) The coffee would be perfect if they actually stirred it, but you get it in under 30 seconds. I no longer go to locations that don't stir the coffee, it's bitter and unpleasant until the last half of the coffee when you get to all the sugar, which i'd syrupy sweet... and also unpleasant. This location is hit and miss with stirring my coffee, so not i just stir it while the lid is closed for the first couple minutes abs keep swirling it in the cup the entire time until it's done. 4 stars for that only because I have figured out a hack to not have the worst coffee every time.
Don’t get your first cup of the day from here. 8/10 times order isn’t made proper. They will rush you through the drive through as soon as they give coffee, you can say have a nice day and they just yell next even if there is no one in the drive through line. Workers need education on how to conduct there selves in a service industry especially serving what possibly is your start of the day.Also don’t ask to take my order not to punch it in and have me repeat it up to 4times till you get to punching it in. I don’t expect this location to do well in the future
This use to be a great location, sadly with the update to the drive thru the service has dropped dramatically. They push you to order quickly, ask if everything is correct on the screen but why does it matter if the person making the order isn't checking to make sure they make it as ordered.
This place is trash worst to Hortons I’ve ever been at in my life, I ordered two icecapps on June 19 at 11:46. As I was placing my icecapp’s in my cup holders she chucked the straws at my face and said next in line while i was in the drive thru, one of the straws ended up falling under my driver seat which I still have not found. The customer service was really bad I rate it a 0. Never ever going here again.
Severely understaffed at 8 pm on a weeknight. Two people covering the whole thing, including the drive-thru. The staff were doing their best and the orders were correct, just slow.
I have been to this Tim’s 5 times this week and they have successfully handed me the coffee I ordered 40% of the time. I understand you are busy but for the love of Pete please just slow down a little bit and give me what I ordered. 1 milk 2 sugar - twice given 2 milk 1 sugar and once 1 milk. The screen reads properly each time…. Accuracy… please coach accuracy.
Donuts in sandwich for fresh, the coffee was piping hot. Wait time was almost nothing.
Need to work on the donut making and faster drive threw service.
