This place was really good. Has very unique food, I plan to try everything once!Food was very good. Me and my boyfriend wanted to try this place for a while and they definitely met our expectations. They will see me again for sure.
Wow the best food ever. It was all delicious, the kids meals are so big and great value. Being a brit, I love fish and chips and they have nailed it. It tastes just like back home. The staff are outstanding and the restaurant is so clean and beautiful. I highly recommend giving it a try. You don't be disappointed.
Sooooooo good. Looking for something different? Don't have to be Scandinavian to love the food. Brunch is amazing ... Abelskiver (pancake balls) is the perfect for kids and the Skinke Raggmunk is delish
Enjoyed lunch here recently. I had the veggie burger, it had great flavor and the daily soup was delicious, roasted vegetable flavor but smooth and creamy. So good. Will definitely go back.
What a gem!The vibe is very warm & cozy. Always good music playing. Staff are friendly & happy. The food is top notch. Fish n chips are the best I've had in Edmonton. Those Frikadeller sliders are amazing (I've had them a few times!) And you gotta try the Smørrebrød (Danish style open faced sandwich.) They rotate every week or so & they're always delicious.Chef Brie puts out specials, too, and there's always a hit (mini Yorkies had me dreaming!)Me?I need to have a good beer list. And Vikings has it covered.Edmonton breweries Sea Change, Ale Architect, Bent Stick, to name a few. Good selection on draught with new & classic brands of cans as well.I highly recommend, it could become your new favourite spot.Bonus:Summer time brings out an incredible patio☀️
I really enjoyed dinner at this place! Kid friendly. The waitress we had was so nice and really generous in offering complimentary popcorn to our little guest which made her so happy. They were so apologetic for giving me something by mistake and made it right quickly. I also liked that it felt really open and not too crowded. There are a good number of housemade vegetarian options. I want to return to try a few more things on the menu!
What a wonderful experience! Our server Gavin was so delightful. The food and drinks were amazing. I live a block away and kept forgetting to try this place....well, I was missing out ! The environment is welcoming and warm. We took our pork belly to go and my friend and I have been talking about it since !!! It literally melted in our mouths. I wish we would have take two orders home instead of splitting one !
I now know why their dish "Toads in a Hole" is called such. The sausage was succulent, tender, and easy to slice through. Not salty. Savory and smooth though not so rich (thick) that it weighs heavily on the tongue.Their gravy was the right consistency and their soft Yorkshire soaks it up. The potatoes are smooth and caress the tongue. For a traditional take on a workman's breakfast, order from here.As for the fish and chips, the crusting is done with the right amount of crunch. The fries were not overdone but not soggy by the time it got to me.
Such a great place. Love the decor and ambience. My boyfriend had the fish and chips and said it was amazing!! Best he’s ever had. I had the crispy pork belly and I have to say the meat on it was very dry but the potatoes were delicious. The staff was amazing and the caesers were YUM! We will definitely be back for drinks and to try the rest of the menu with friends.
Parking is tight, but worth the effort... Lots of choice; however, one must always save room for the RISALAMANDE, Danish rice pudding, which was served with saskatoon compote, and candied almonds
