Fantastic service tonight for our team event and dinner. They honestly went above and beyond what was needed. The management team catered to a last-minute change, and the servers were the absolute best. Huge shoutout to the servers tonight. Please make sure the team there gets some recognition for tonight. They were all super friendly and supportive in every way.

We reserved a table for 6 for my spouses bday. The service was slow and the food was not good. 4 of us ordered fish tacos they were all raw they brought our fish back after putting in the microwave we did not eat it. So we ordered nachos thinking these were better ..nope. I was so disappointed in the lack of quality.

Took the family here the other day as they had a promo for food and games. Had pizza, poutine, nachos, calamari. Food was terrible! How can you screw up finger food? Some of the good games were shut down and busted… not worth the $100 at all. Arcades are a dying breed but to also serve salty, dried out, tasteless food. Not recommended.

Loves the experience. Came on referral. No regrets. Great space. Good location and hours. Tonnes of great staff. Friendly staff. The restaurant was good too. The fish tacos were excellent. Pizza was ok. Refillable pop was nice.Downside: lots of broken or out of service games. Only one basket ball game out of 4 operational for example. The calamari was so salty we couldn’t eat it (they sorted that out for us right away)We would recommend and will return. Thanks Jonathan. Stand place. Stand up people.

Super fun spot and fairly reasonable in prices, I just wish you got tickets for the action shooter games. Foods great here too!! Lots of options!!

Good place to hang out with a good group of friends. Very crowded.Recommended game to play for farming point is the tower game.

The arcade games were super fun but very busy. The idea for this place is fantastic. The experience was ruined when we went to the restaurant though. The hostess was rude and also asked us to wait at the bar where there was clearly no room. After having to explain this multiple times we were left standing wiaitng for a server when there were tons of tables available to sit. When finally seated they were out of the items we wanted as well.

The games are fun to play, but there are many games that are out of service. Other “functional” games steal your credits as they error out.Tried to get a drink at the bar before last call, we were completely ignored by the staff. We were standing at the bar for 15 min and all the staff would avoid eye contact. When we were finally served the staff said because it was 2 min after the last call no one would serve us even though we waited 15 min. We asked to speak to the manager. He doesn’t take any accountability for his staff. Told me it’s Jason Kenney’s fault that he could serve us.Understand they are short in the service industry but the management should be accountable. No apologies and no offers made for the inconvenience in the service. Won’t be spending money here on anything food/drink related. Poorly managed don’t waste your time trying to get food/drinks here. Go to bourbon street.

Yummy food, fun games. A happy time.

There are some positives and negatives for The Rec Room. We will start with the positives! First of all, there's games. That's a huge plus for a gamer like me. Whether you want to play Mario Kart to prove who's better, or even Air Hockey to really let your competitive side out, there's a game there for anyone.Another positive is that The Rec Room was the only place where you could actually use the pool tables, even with all the restrictions we are currently in. So The Rec Room saved us and we were able to get our billiards fix, so thank you for that Rec Room! Now onto the negative. I will not name drop, but some of the staff there are not friendly. I would have given this place a higher rating, but the attitude we received, I cannot justify giving it anything higher than a 3. Overall it was still a good night, and whether you play billiards, or video games, it's still a good place to go if you want those scratches itched. I just hope the staff is friendlier towards you and your experience
