I always love going to the chopped leaf, whether I'm feeling like getting a wrap or a salad. Their regular menu options are great or you can customize your own flavour combinations. You get a decent amount of food for the price and the service is always quick!
Was quite disappointed with this experience today. Thought I was going to get the same quality of food. I ordered 2 tuna melts, 1 pesto chicken ques, 1 cream of mushroom. All 3 were lacking - tuna barely had cheese, so it was not a melt; pesto chicken seemed vegetarian; cream of mushroom was watered down. Ending up having to find something else to feed the family. ?
Staff welcomed us as soon as we came in. Everything was clean and tidy. We were able to order food quickly, appreciated staff member double checking the order. Service was prompt and order was correct. Food was fresh and tasted good. Will stop in again.
I made a large online order for my staff today since its a nice day and they deserved it. The on line order was a little tricky but I figured it out. It was super easy to pay online and gave me an estimated time for pick up.Went to the store and they were still working on it (its lunch time, so no biggy and they were busy). The group was working amazingly together. Not only on my large order but walk ins as well.The food is always great there, but I had to compliment the staff on their cooperation and management skills. Great job today!! (Feb 25, 2022).
Food always great, staff reception dry and cold but that's what you get for minimum wage I guess.
A bit pricey for a salad but the food is good and the service is fast and friendly!
I’ve typically had a great experience at this Chopped Leaf location, in all honesty I’ve never had an issue. But this evening I was quite annoyed when I went to open my salad and there was no dressing on my salad or included on the side, especially considering I wasn’t home to get any dressing. I know this might be considered a little thing but I’m not sure how many people would like to eat plain lettuce. It’s pretty annoying to spend nearly $50 on an order and not even get what you ordered - considering it’s the same price as a sit down restaurant you wouldn’t expect fast food service. The girls were very nice and I understand things happen, it’s just really irritating. 3/5 stars considering every other experience I’ve had is amazing.

The staff at chopped leaf are always so incredible the girls are fast efficient and just the absolute sweetest!! I have had incredible service every time I have visited!!!
I recommend this place to my friends all the time, it's fantastic and everything is delicious. I'd give it 5 stars except it's a bit expensive and the portion sizes could be a bit bigger. Also the hot sauce, while tasty is not very hot. Great food though.
