I ordered a “Pegasus” wrap with falafel and a bottled Gatorade, it came it $18.69. I was a little shocked at the price so I asked to see my receipt. The wrap was $14 and the drink was $3.50. As I was waiting to get my food, I looked at the menu and realized she overcharged me for the wrap but before saying anything she handed me a $2 coupon apologizing for ringing though a salad instead of a wrap. Redemption, as this is one of my favourite foods so I know I will be back, or so I thought. I then received my food and happily went on my way. Until of course I was home and started consuming my lunch. I noticed that one side of the wrap was really warm, and the other side was really cold… I ate it only to discover that none of the falafel was mixed with the salad! Half consisted of salad and the other half of falafel. Imagine eating a wrap that starts off with tasty cold salad and finishes with warm dry falafel, actually don’t because it wasn’t very good… I will not be going back to this location when I know there are others that do a way better job at preparing their food.

Order my favorite Baja quesidilla and, as per usual asked for 2 containers of salsa instead of 1 salsa and 1 ranch. When I opened the containers both were filled to the point that it just covered the bottom of the containers, maybe a 1/4 full at best. Bit into my quesidilla and all the filling fell out. When I opened it up I saw there was next to nothing for cheese. This place used to be fantastic when it first opened but it has really gone downhill. If I could I would give zero stars.

Ordered a sunshine wrap with tuna dill, total came out to 12.74. I gave the young lady with glasses working the till a $20 bill, a toonie, and 3 quarters. I was expecting to get a $10 bill back but she said I only gave her a twoonie and 2 quarters. Essentially gave me back my change plus more. Why would I give change to get more change back. My first time coming to this franchise and will be my last. Thanks for taking a quarter out of my pocket. Merry Christmas

Not sure if it’s changed ownership over recent months, but my latest order was not up to par. My sour cream was watery, the bowl was full of lettuce and barely had any rice. The chicken amounted to probably 1 strip that was chopped up to into 5 little pieces and 2 of the worlds smallest slices of avocado. I paid $16!! Plus a tip. Disappointing.

I called prior to arriving to place my order by phone (gives them some extra time to prepare so I don’t have to stand with my mask on). I watched 2 people get their order before I did. Came home and took two bites and threw it away. Barely any chicken which made the peppers overpowering (mind you the entire thing was bare all I could taste was the burnt wrap). I’ve been to this location many times and lately the food quality and service has gone down hill. The lid for the salsa wasn’t put on properly and created a wet mess and the quesadilla itself was disgusting. Do not recommend!

October 2021 - 1 ☆ ratingOrdered my favourite "Pegasus" saladQuick serviceWhile eating my salad, I bite into a seeded olive and that wasn't a good experience. So my rating goes down to only 1 ☆. That bite hurts ?A little "bite" disappointed ?I'm not sure now if I'll be back as I don't want to the chances of damaging my teeth because you guys are using cheap seeded olives and it should be unseeded!September 2021 - 4☆ ratingOrdered a large size Pegasus salad for the out. Overall, the salad taste good, has the right amount to deliver the taste I'm looking for.

Extremely disappointed in the tuna melt sandwich. For the price paid I expected more tuna in the sandwich. It was made with plain white bread that is just like eating cardboard! I was looking at the menu before ordering and debating between the tuna and turkey. When the server asked me if I wanted white or brown bread I was confused thinking of must have only been the turkey that offered sourdough or wholegrain. Well I look at the menu now, no it was supposed to be the tuna also. Wish I had paid better attention. Overall terrible experience will never recommend to anyone nor come back here

Got the chicken pesto quesadilla and it was horrible. Mostly peppers and not much chicken what so ever. It was dry, lacked flavor and also very thin, not filling at all. Definitely not worth the money. Go to tacotime if you want a good quesadilla.

Ashi and Deep (I apologize for any misspelling) served me this evening and were really great! They had closed up but stayed open late so I could put in an order. Many thanks!
