Not as crowded or noisy as the location I usually go to.
We came here for an 18th birthday and it was lots of fun! Our server (didn't catch her name, long black hair, tattoos) was so sweet and helpful in recommending some dishes she liked. The food was great and their place is very clean. Everyone enjoyed their dishes, altho they erred a little bit on the saltier and greasier side... but that could've just been our selection of dishes. For alcoholic drinks, we got the moscow mule, the same team, and the blood orange gin soda. The moscow mule was alright, but the other two drinks were sub-par, compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere is really cool and sports-themed, it is very immersive and would be fun to come here for a big game. They even surprised us with a very rich chocolate cake + ice cream at the end for the birthday person!
Our waitress was rushed and very short in her answers. Good was good. Love the upper deck. I would come back
Recently at brew in windermere and had the best service from a girl named Regan. She was so engaging, fun and knowledgeable. You can't help but smile in her presence
Such a great patio and amazing ambience. They have such a giant menu with so many items. However, the limited choices of veggie / vegan options have kept me from visiting this place frequently. They had accommodated vegetarian fajitas for me in the past. All they did was remove chicken but didnt replace with anything else. And I still had to pay same price as chicken fajitas. This time around I ordered perogies without bacon bits. No complaints on perogies a good small meal. I wish they had more selection in veggie / vegan options, after all we are in 2022!!!
This was our first time trying and overall it was good. I was surprised by the prices for this place. I thought it would be a lot cheaper being known as a bar type place. We had the Canadian burger and at $21 is definitely not worth it. It wasn't particularly big and was quite bland. On the other hand I had the brisket sandwich which was fantastic! I upgraded to the poutine for $4 and that wasn't worth it. The poutine is so so and wasn't very big either so wouldn't bother getting one again. So overall we would go back but we wouldn't do burgers or poutine again.
Booked for a table of 11 people. The table was not set up for us at the time we booked. It was not busy so there was no reason the table could be ready. There was hairs in my food. I downloaded the app so I could get free cheese bread. Showed the waitress when I ordered the cheese bread. When we got the bill I was charged the $18 for the free bread. I told the waitress about this and she would not refund me.
Way too noisy.... We hesitated to leave during the dinner. Something has to bé done for the sound level.
We were a group of 9. Waitress was great. Everyone’s fries were cold and soggy but the mains were hot.
The place wasn’t were busy and the staff decided to crank the sound up for the hockey game. So loud that it was hard to hear what the other person across the table was saying! When the game was over, the staff decided to crank the music up even louder which made it even more impossible to hear what you were saying. We were going to have another drink but decided to leave because of the music. Clearly staff have no idea how to create an atmosphere that is welcome which I why this was the last straw in my business at this establishment! Been disappointed the last 5 times. Recognize who your customers are. Not all of them are in their 20’s! There are families and older folks as well. Poor management.
