Thursday June 23/22 we had about 20 plus people come in to the 97st 127ave location for a retirement celebration. This group was mostly men who work outdoors daily. Whoever their server was tonight failed epically. She showed up once about every half hour or longer. These are big drinker and hungry guys. They had to go to the bar to order their food and their drinks because their waitress was basically ignoring them. My husbands retirement function was somewhat of a disappointment and wasn’t the experience he has previously had at others events held at this location. Quite a disappointing evening had by all.Update. Today on July 11/22 we returned to the Canadian Brewhouse on 97th st and were treated with absolute attention. We were celebrating a birthday and the attendance and service was Awesome. Our waitress was cheerful and came by often to refresh our drinks. Take away empty and used items. The manager came over and asked how we were doing and treated us to some amazing food and beverages. All in all it was a great experience. They went up and above to renew our positive outlook on this location. Thank you Brew Crew for bringing us back and serving us brilliantly.
I have been to this location once a week for about 5 months to meet friends on Friday. The service was good and price reasonable. Lately not the case. Last 3 times the service was terrible. Walk in the front, says wait to be seated no one comes. Finally someone comes seats us then we are waiting again no one comes. Have to go to bar and order drinks. Finally the waitress shows confused why we have drinks brings menus and disappears for a lengthy time. We thought it was personal until we turned around and saw 10 people waiting to get in waiting and waiting and waiting. Then leaving. Not good. We decided to find a new meeting place their loss.
Had lunch with my mother today and our waitress Marie-anne was absolutely amazing! Was on top of everything especially refills of our drink! You literally made us feel so glad to pick the Brewhouse for lunch today. We will 100% be coming back for more! Thanks again! We hope you liked you "penny" tip ?
We have been in the restaurant for 30+ minutes and seen our waitress only to bring food. Ask another waitress for help twice as she walked by and she looked and ignored us. Not thinking customer service is very important at this location. By props to the cook Because the food was great. And all while the manager is decorating for Canada day.Better luck next time. We will go south next time
Finally had a nice enough night to hit up a patio and couldn’t be happier with our choice! Trista was an amazing server, so fun and kind and easy to talk to. Would definitely ask for her again!

Tiffany was our tables server. And she was beyond awesome. Treated the 4 of us so well. Always made sure we were ok, and had everything we needed. Super sweet lady. A+++ worker!
We had some older guests who were hard of hearing. They were visiting from Germany and looking at investment properties in the area. I chose that location due to its proximity to the properties they were looking at and that they may enjoy a good Canadian beer with their meal. The restaurant wasn't too busy as we came after the main noon hour lunchtime. The volume of the music made it hard to hear. We asked if it was possible to turn it down a bit, and the server did do that a small amount. I observed the bar tender roll her eyes at the request which was not appreciated. The server experienced their hard of hearing while taking orders and serving us but nothing was done to try and accommodate us. In hindsight, it was a poor choice on my part for a business lunch meeting.
Place was great energy there was amazing for the game .
