We went to the Windermere Brewhouse after our golf game. We had a medical emergency with one of our friends. I called an ambulance and the waiter we had and the manager were both excellent. They helped out, were supportive and very understanding. We had ordered food, they packed it all up for us, and then when we wanted to pay, they said we didn’t have a bill. We left a huge tip and repeatedly told them how much we appreciated their help and kindness. Will definitely return. Thanks again to the staff.
Typical pub food. Food was not unique in any way. Poutine is flavourless. Chicken wings were edible, which is the best I can say about this place.

This place is a typical chain restaurant. Below average food, small portions and over priced. My wife and I went once to try it out and will never go again.

Love their patio! It's got comfortable seating and lots of umbrellas and wall coverings to provide shade and I feel like less bugs can get in the area compared to other patios. Taco nights on Tuesdays are easier on the wallet and they have very reasonably priced delicious virgin slushy drinks, yum!
Have never been to a dirtier restaurant. Chairs o patio our gross. Floor is disgusting. Saving grace a great server

Friendly staff. Great place to watch any games with a group of friends. Lots of different varieties on the menu from food & drinks. Menu selection for vegan/ flexatarian is getting better. The new Cauliflower wings are amazing & so is the Impossible burger.
We came in for the game tonight. First server wasn't too interested in us. Didn't bring water's. When asked for water, brought 1 for 2 of us. Then, a hair in the margarita which she did end up taking off the bill. Salad was good wings were good! The server, would immediately turn her back to us when we still were deciding on ordering things. When paying the bill, she didn't give us any receipt nor say anything when leaving after we paid.Then we moved tables as the smaller side of the restaurant was closing, so we moved to the bigger side. The server we had was welcoming and kind. We ordered 5 tacos. I cannot exaggerate this, but the tacos were literally cold. The meat was cold when initially brought out. I had asked If tacos were suppose to be cold she said the tortilla was but not the beef/chicken. I touched the toppings in front of her and let her know that the meat is really cold. We had 1 taco to share to try and no sent it back. She did take off some from the amount which is not what we initially plan on happening when ordering food or letting them know how the food is.. we all go to places to eat and drink and enjoy but I will always be honest when paying for something! When I left my stomach started to hurt right away. Honestly seemed like they served us tacos whipped up in 1 minute. Or, they were literally sitting out at 1230 am and just served once ordered.We live in the area and have been a couple times and vibe is usually great and no problem like tonight, but not gonna lie it was pretty disappointing!
