I feel like this branch is the most inconsistent compared to the other places I’ve tried. I usually order the apple of my eyes but it’s so chunky like I can taste the ice cubes that are not blended well. I always ask them to blend it more and sometimes they do it, sometimes they don’t. The alley trio also doesn’t taste as good as the other locations…

It appears I’m not the only one who has had awful customer service at this place. The person taking my order was extremely rude to me. I had a few questions regarding tapioca vs lychee in the drink I was ordering as it was my first time at this bubble tea place, and she responded to me in an extremely condescending tone. She seemed extremely annoyed by my questions and was overall very unwelcoming. I don’t actually think I’ve ever had such an uncomfortable experience with a vendor before. It was pretty aggressive. I definitely will not be returning to this place, despite the drink being actually quite good!
Always love stopping by here for bubble tea. Service is quick, even they have long line up compared to other bubble tea I had to waited at least 30 mins ,and staffs are very friendly everytime I visit, I don't really believe in ppl leaving negative reviews about their serive, bc everywhere you going , if you are nice , you get treated the same way. Great selection and everything on the menu, their Trio milk tea is by far my favourite. The tea flavor is strong, I can adjust the sweetness level. I've tried milk tea at a lot of other places before but so far I like this one the bestThey have a rewards system app which is very convenient. The space is a decent size, so would be nice to sit and hang out.

Terrible customer service with one staff. At first she wouldn't give me a bag because I only bought 1 drink. But I had my hands full at the time so I needed a bag to carry my drink. She then reluctantly gave me a bag and was rude. I wouldn't have a problem if they charged me for a bag but at the same time with the price of the drink I feel like it should have covered for a bag. Her behavior just made this the last time I will be ordering from this location.
Pseudio in the mall has terrible customer service , the Manager has next to no customer relations skills , I wont ever shop there again because of her lack of professionalism.
One of the best bubble tea place I have ever been to. I tried deerioca fever and the brown sugar is so good and chewy, better than other places I tried. The store is well decorated and I can even sit there to enjoy my drink and they also play music. The staffs are friendly, it was my first time and they showed me their signature drink which I very like. I definitely come back to try more drinks from their menu. I also talked to the manager and he is very knowledgeable and kindly, I had a bad experience before at other bubble tea store and the staffs didn’t bother to let me talk to the manager. I read some reviews and I don’t think most of them are true , I think The Alley WEM had a good management, recommend talk to their manager first if you are not happy than leaving a negative review without responding and I am a customer , I want a response than just writing something personally
