The drinks here are so delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from. They’re always coming out with new and unique flavours as well. The staff is friendly and there’s plenty of seating. While all the drinks I’ve tried from here are very good, they are quite overpriced for what you get. Overall this is one of my favourite bubble tea places. Very aesthetic as well.
Not worth the price... the music was too loud and due the employees continuing to wear masks I had a hard time hearing them. I'd never been here before and it was almost like she was annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself as I couldn't hear her. The drink selection was not very impressive, and I had high hopes however I've had better service and drink options elsewhere.

Very lovely staff with extensive knowledge with their menu!! Beautiful location and they have some stock of merchandise too!! Staff greeted us in and out of the store!!!
Not in love with this place. Literally the staff still have masks on, so nobody can hear what anybody is saying ever. I've given it a couple of tries just to give it an honest chance and I'm still not impressed. My issues were - you can't hear anybody clearly it's hard to understand what the options are and I easily have asked for 3 or 4 different things that they cannot make because it's not available? Then I sit there and I ask for something only be met with we can't customize our drinks, well why the heck not? You're making it right there in front of me, why not add more of what I ask for? I'll easily pay for it I don't see the issue.Then when you hear the lane response of, we want to keep our recipes consistent? Cool. That's not taking any consideration of what customers are looking for at all. That should be ommited IMO.I'll happily go to Dream Tea where I can at least customize what I'd like without the headache.
Before I used to love alley. I always got their cold drinks without ice. But today that employee said sorry we cant customize drinks anymore. We asked what if the person is allergic? they are like well we would still put it or just dont get the drink at all. Way to be inclusive The Alley team. Great job.
Absolutely love The Alley. They have my favorite milktea bubble tea, the Royal no9 milktea, their houseblend.The only bubble tea place I've found that offers aloe as an add in.Only downside is this location is so far from home!... Or maybe that's a good thing, I'd go broke for bubble tea!
I have always liked alley, but when I visited the Windermere store yesterday in Edmonton, I ordered an Oreo devil slush and it tasted horrible. The ice was not completely broken down, there were giant ice chunk inside and it taste watered down, like not enough flavour was put into it and I ordered it regular. I think there are new employees training, but the quality control needs to be better! It was one of my worst bubble tea drinks I've ever had in Edmonton!And don't bother sending them a complaint. Their form don't even work on their website! It will be a while before I purchase here again.
I came last night all the way from north side to Windermere to get a drink , because it’s my fav store , I came in and I had my scarf covering my nose and my mouth , 3 workers was there and they didn’t let me order my drink cuz I never had a medical mask while one of the worker they never had a medical mask , regular mask a cloth one so what’s the difference between me having a cloth covering my nose and my mouth, and her or because I’m Muslim and I have my scarf on my head , I wanna cover my mouth and my nose with whatever I want as long I’m covering them , I can’t let anyone controlling me no one can control anyone , we should control ourselves , that’s it , left the store and I never ordered anything, and I’m not going to that store anymore, I put 5 star cuz I really loved this store and I’m not a bad person, just any worker could ruin the reputation of the store
What a pleasant surprise. I am a big tea fan and to have a shop like this close to my place is a blessing. Tried the jasmine tea today, it was delicious. Next time I will try the others. I am sure I won't be disappointed. The staff was friendly and was able to answer all my queries with patience. Hopefully I don't have to change the number if stars after my next visit.
