Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my order.I asked and paid for extra broccoli only to receive barely any in my order. The fish was breaded, drenched in oil and the noodles were completely stuck together. They seem to cater to their Skip orders over their customers in store. Waste of 20 dollars and I definitely won't be returning.

They got my order wrong and when I reached out to customer service they just ignored me. It's already overpriced to begin with but because they messed up my order I paid $17 for literally just a pile of noodles with 2 (yes, seriously 2) small pieces of tofu and no veg whatsoever, and didn't even receive the rolls I paid for. Generally when I order from places that are so overpriced I can at least count on the customer service to be good if they mess something up, but these guys don't care at all and will happily just keep your money and offer no solution. At the very least I'd expect a refund for the items I didn't receive but apparently they aren't willing to do the bare minimum, they're fine with stealing my money.
Ordered the pad see ew that includes Chinese broccoli. Literally got 3 leaves. Pretty sad when they won't give you your veg
Waaay overpriced. The portions got smaller. I just paid almost $7 for a slice more like a little 3 bites cake . Fried fish has no fish in. There is les flavor then before.I love your food and everything but it got bad.
Wonderful food, very modern aesthetic, clean and comfortable.
Waited for my takeout and watched threepeople and two skip drivers come in, all after me , but got their food ages before. Horrible and disappointing.
Clearly staff/cook doesn’t know what they doing. Stand and waited for at least 10 mins for taking order. They seem focused on delivery take out service not walk-in customers. So me and my co-workers end up walk out.
My boyfriend and I went yesterday. The guy that took our order was really nice. The food was so delicious and freshly made. We will definitely be back soon!!!!
My food was flavourful and service was great. The only part that was soso was my prawns, the were very overcooked!
