Service was quick, but food was bland and the fountain drink tasted like carbonated water, no syrup. I ordered the pad thai combo, where on the sign it says it comes with a drink and a roll. The employee gave me the drink but not the roll. After I brought it to his attention, he said it was one or the other, even though the sign clearly says "and". I pointed this out and he pretty much ignored me and specified to the next customer that it was one or the other. If you dont want customers feeling like you're trying to rip them off, fix your sign to represent what you're actually offering.
Not sure why the food never taste the same, some times tofu are not fresh and some times it's way too dry for you to eat.very rarely you get nice taste
Food was great. Four workers were sitting down eating at a table after everyone was served and were yelling and speaking so loudly it was awful and uncomfortable. No regard for customers at all.
I ordered from the cashier and ended up returning my food. It was the wrong order. Cashier tried to argue out loud that I made a mistake. I simply replied saying I didn’t want to argue. The cashier shrugged and took the food I returned. I heard the kitchen staff and manager talking and they ended up arguing from the kitchen. They probably didn’t know I understood. They were so loud. I felt so bad for causing such huge commotions.I received my supposed correct order. However, the fish was too dry and very hard to chew. I did not want to return the food again since I did not feel I was welcome to do so at my first interaction. However I am very un-satisfied as I paid 30 dollars for my meal. It was not what I expected. I’ve ordered this from other Thai express locations and they are very good. Particularly on Calgary Trail. Best Thai Express so far. South common is not so good.

Terrible, terrible experience. The food we ordered had a sauce that was way too strong, there wasn’t enough rice to balance it out, and the chicken tasted very old as well. We even got stomach sickness from this food! The customer service in this restaurant was also horrible, as soon as we walked in, the chefs stared at us with hatred and made us feel very unwelcome. To summarize, the food was so bad to the point it made us sick, and the customer service was also terrible. Do not recommend this place at all, you can grab what you’d spend on this bad overpriced food and spend it somewhere worth it.
Avoid this location if you can. Today will make it the second time that the same guy will act so disrespectful and rude towards me. He has ZERO customer service skills. I ordered food for a pick only to get there and the moment I opened my purse and he saw cash, he started demanding that I pay with cash. I asked if their POS wasn't working or what, he just grumbled and was pacing back and forth. I stood my ground and paid with POS. (I guess he was just trying to rip the owner off)
The food is great but the service is terrible. The cashier (wearing a hat) was so rude. I felt like I was being an inconvenience by placing an order. So disappointed.
Not impressed with the customer service. They gave me the wrong order and I was completely fine with it because mistakes happen! However, I was yelled at after asking for my original order even though I was understanding about it. The lady seemed very mad at me even though SHE was the one who misheard my order. Never have been treated so rudely by a worker before.
