Love all the options they have and I've never been disappointed yet! I've been inspired to try a new flavor and combination every time. The 2 ladies there are always pleasant and fast. This is the place that got me in to bubble tea!

A cute place I never knew was tucked away on Parsons! It's really tiny bit so good.I called my order in when I was on Ellerslie turning onto Parsons and it was ready/perfect when I got there.Highly recommended over any place in South Edmonton Commons.
The reason why I'm giving 1 star isn't because of the product. The bubble tea I had was delicious.But the service is something I have an issue with. When we came in, we ordered and paid. Yes, it was busy inside. We were asked to wait outside, which I assumed was because we weren't wearing masks. Okay, it's your business, I can respect that.There were three girls in one corner, and two others standing apart waiting. With the small place, I totally understood.We waited 15 minutes outside. During this time, several other customers went inside, none of who were wearing masks. I watched them pay, then get their order before us.After another 10 minutes I went inside. Only to see another customer who had come (and waited inside without a mask) after us be served before us.I'm not sure why we were asked to wait outside, or why our order was neglected.If you're going to ask non mask wearers to wait outside, I can get behind that. But you can't cherry pick who's allowed and who's not on a whim, and you certainly shouldn't be serving customers who came in after us. The only one I was okay with was the one who had pre ordered via skip the dishes. But I watched the others pay.For a place that had 4.7 stars for a rating, I expected better customer service. I even expected to wait seeing that there was a rush happening.The workers, I'm assuming the owners, were kind enough and 'apologetic' for the 30+ minute wait for two bubble teas. But you can smile and say "I'm sorry we're so busy" all you want, it fell on deaf ears after watching this business serve others beforehand. I regret tipping 20% assuming the service would warrant it.
I am new to town and my friend recommend me to try this small bubble shop. The drinks are so delicious with rich taste and chewy tapioca comparing to other bubble shops I tried in the past. Also, the owner friendly show me their menu then I tried the rainbow mango and black pearl milk tea. Definitely will come back!
Great customer service and drinks and super cute place. I accidently ordered the wrong thing and realized too late so I went to order the right thing. The lady took the time to understand what I wanted even though I wasn't great at explaining and was flustered. She changed the order and didn't charge me. Its so yummy! Thank you so much!
So many yummy flavors. I tried T2 Hong Kong and it was so delicious. Can't wait to try more!!
This place is AMAZING. Me and my family have been going here since 2015, and are still visiting to this day.Pros:-HUGE amount of drinks and flavours to choose from:They've got bbt, coffees, teas etc. (You can mix flavours!)-Has delicious snacks.- Decor is really nice.-Staff are really kind and sweet people.-Pricing is pretty decent.-Wait time is pretty short, depending on your order.Cons:-The store used to be bigger, but it became smaller since it mostly sells drinks.Overall, this place has AMAZING drinks, and the staff is super nice.
Absolutely adore this place run by a mother and her daughter. Super homey. Drinks are great - I definitely crave their bubbleteas once in a while. Highly recommend this place.
