There was almost no meat or anything else in my item. Cheese was an afterthought. I got lots of tortilla wrap with nothing to speak of inside. My daughter got 2 items and she was not happy, either. This one goes on our blacklist.
Had a terrible experience here. The staff came across as very rude and lazy. As soon as we walked in they seemed very dreadful and genuinely unhappy that we came. I definitely won’t be back here soon.
It’s hit or miss - been coming here for years - today is another miss - long waits - over 25 minutes for white meat - skip the dishes orders backed up - I’ve eaten my fries I asked for first while waiting and so hungry - I’ve slowly finished my cheese fries and told it’s another 13 minutes for the white meat I’m waiting on - I tried buying a meal with a drink and it always comes to about 11$ today the fella couldn’t get the price under 15$ that’s just way too much for 2 pieces of chicken and cheese fries so instead I ordered cheese fries and one piece of chicken no drink - for 7.89$It’s very frustrating when most experiences here are similar - I loathe giving crummy reviews and it’s taken 4 years to finally leave one and todays the day lolThey’ve had a good 30 cars through drive thru since sitting here … I don’t get why the long waits and lack of consistency in service or food 3/4 times - after a 30 minute wait I got my money back and left and went to Mary browns and got a real breast piece that’s bigger than my hand for the same price!Mary browns is within walking distance to my house! BONUS
Extremely dissapointed with my experience at this location. Came to order an order and explicitly said everything was to be to with beans and no meat, and to my suprise I found them all to have beef! They should understand the severity when someone specially asks to make everything vegetarian.Would not go here even if I was given free food..........
They completely forgot my beef crunchwrap supreme and didn't even give us a receipt. You cannot even call them because it always goes to voicemail service.
Google hours ARE NOT right or the staff wanted to go home early… went there at 10:30 and google said they were open until 11. Me and another car waited in the drive thru just to have a staff member yell at us “we’re closed” … very sad/mad about this, I just really wanted my Crunchwrap :/
I always get taco bell from here usually pick up! I ordered online this time and it was beautifully packed. Food is always good if you get it fresh out the drive tru window, and a big tip you have to eat that crunch wrap right away! The employees do good here and are always willing to give me extra mild, hot, or fire sauce! Bravo on the location being my favourite in edmonton ?
This Taco Bell USED TO be good. Either ownership or management has changed. Hardly any meat in the Soft Taco Supreme. People don't mind paying due to rising food cost's but charge more and give less. Do not spend your money here you will be disappointed
They changed our order of meal for four ($40) to one piece of quesadilla, so I ended up paying over 12 bucks ($5 tip for delivery) for that quesadilla, and having to order food again in another restaurant.
I have gone to this kfc/taco bell twice now specifically for cinnamon twists, and both time through the drive through. Both times I have left and gone home, naively without looking in the bag, and to my demise found no cinnamon twists. I do not care for the cold taco, I just wanted the twists....I called multiple times to never get more than a voicemessage service...
