Food is horrible. Beef seems like it was blended up. My sister wanted her taco with beans but they gave it with beef. The crunchwrap has NO crunch at all. Taco shell is soft (I chose the hard shell). The fries amount was super small, that could be for a kid's meal. Go to TacoTime please.

So this KFC / Taco Bell has a remarkably slow drive through line, and to make matters worse they've now decided to have people pull around to their parking lot and wait. Not like having their staff run around trying to find the "car to order" is very efficient...

They didn’t give me two items that me and my family ordered, they also did not put the sauce and beef over the whole taco and only in one area of it. The spread and balance of the taco was horrible as well as the service. 1/5 would never recommend this location.

Received the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Sunday March 20th around 6:30pm.We asked for chicken to be substituted for beef/bean on the cheesy chalupa and the manager told us that it couldn’t be done. When we mentioned that we had a beef allergy, all of a sudden she could substitute but it would cost us an extra dollar. We explained that other locations and when ordering on delivery services, the substitution has never been an issue, let alone an extra charge, the manager lied and said the company receive a memo that chicken substitutions were no longer allowed, but she could do it for the extra charge. We had driven out of the way to get Taco Bell so we went ahead with the order begrudgingly. We were handed our food by an employee and I asked for a copy of the receipt, but the manager had to step in and give the receipt. Before she even handed it to me, she went on a tangent about how she saved me some money by only charging 89cents instead of a dollar. I had to physically grab the receipt from her hand because she wouldn’t give it to me. I questioned why I was charge for extra sour cream (the 89cents) instead of chicken. She immediately raised her voice at me and said she was saving me money. I tried to ask if there was even a button on the til for her to charge me extra for the chicken(again, no other location has ever charged), but she kept cutting me off, not letting me speak and she was yelling at me! She had her head out of the drivethru window shouting at me because I was questioning why she made up a fake charge. How embarrassing that management had to start a screaming match. Worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I hope this location makes some changes to their management.Side note- as we were sitting at the window waiting for our food, some other lady was talking to the employees about how they messed up her order and was short a taco.

Food was good but the order taker talked so fast and kept asking me is that all… I felt super rushed. And at the window no hello or greeting then proceeded to give me a crumpled bag with no napkins.

Quality is subpar and I've been turned down service or been given options of two things close to closing... More then once. Tonight was the last straw.You make food UNTIL closing.. That's how restaurants work. I have been spending money here for years (my family too). We will no longer support this location and I advise others to do the same.

Disgusting!!! ? the tacos smelled and tasted old, they got our order completely wrong! I originally asked for a chicken quesadilla but apparently they had no chicken! No chicken? They’re attached to Kentucky Fired chicken?? Anyway, absolutely the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever had, they need to get shut down by the Franchisor as this is definitely giving Taco Bell a bad name! Don’t think I will ever eat Taco Bell again, turned me off for life! ?

This use to be the best Taco Bell in the city.Everytime I go there now there are never any clean tables even when the restaurant isn’t busy.Me and my boyfriend got a few meals tonight around 6:30pm.I went back to the counter to order something else and asked a question about an item.She then turns her back to me(the Asian lady cashier she was shorter)and starts bagging drive thru orders completely ignoring me.I told my boyfriend he said that she did that to him too.That is horrible customer service.

I just went here. Ordered some food and asked for a couple bottles of pop. Got fountain drinks which is cool whatever didn’t really bother me. What bothered me was how the young lady in glasses said “well you didn’t tell me. You could have told me that” which I did. And then she proceeded to argue with me. No apologies or anything. I understand working in customer service can be hard. But you don’t treat customers like that.

Horrible. Went through the driveway and the person was very rude. Probably spat in our food because it wasn't even edible. Asked for extra sour cream on a gordita crunch thing and got fries supreme that were drenched. It was like eating mashed sour cream potatoes which is tasty If it's on purpose but when it's on cold fries it's disgusting. Missed some of our order. Everything was thrown in the bag and coming unwrapped. Absolutely disgusting food. Will never eat taco bell again. Completely turned us off.
