Extremely poor meal and over priced. Bought 3 tacos and in each one I had to ask "where's the beef"? I took a picture of 1 of the tacos to prove my point. There wasn't even a total of 2 tablespoons of beef between all 3 tacos. There was more lettuce and pita bread then anything else. Very stingy and we will never be back.
It’s just like any typical Taco Bell, just with a nice modern looking dining room, in regards to the food not bad but just not filling either. Good place to go once in a while
Not only did I have to wait what felt like an eternity for my order, they straight up did not give me everything I paid for. Full price items they did not give me. I even tried to contact customer service multiple times to no avail. Be cautious when ordering.
Second attempt at this location. (Drive through) Both were a disgrace. No beef on my beef tacos and Crunchwrap. If you want to waste half hour of your time to receive food that goes straight to the trash then this is the place for you.
Took almost 20 mins from the time I ordered my food to leaving with my to-go bags. People behind me got big orders first, I had to flag someone down because every employee who saw me still standing there said nothing. They had 1 girl making tacos for a busy lunch hour. I hope someone cancelled last minute, or else management is severly understaffing. Brutal and will never go back.
Will never order from here again! Complete waste of money! Took 2 bites of my Crunchwrap and decided to pull it open after not getting anything but lettuce and cheese. There’s no meat under the cheese showing in the pic. I thought maybe it had slide down… nope! I had the most meat in mine out of 5! I called in and was informed that they followed the measurements and it was correct. That’s it, that’s all.I’ve never left a negative review for anywhere but this was/is unbelievable! Do not order from here! Try a different location if you need Tacobell!
What happened to this location??? No chicken for their Taco Bell items... I understand things can go wrong with deliveries. But it has been months. No mild sauce. I like to treat myself to Taco Bell once in a while. Their food is never fresh. I ordered the spicy big crunch and the lettuce tasted rotten as you can see from the picture. Has this location come under new ownership??? I don't expect much from fast food... But don't serve paying customers rotten gross food.
Discusting customer service. Cold and stale food. Rude employees and nasty food. Staff are so rude. If you don't like your job then do something else with your life. If you wanna sell tacos for a living then be proud of what you do. Learn to cook fresh food and give good customer service you nasty establishment.
This taco bell is okay. The service is decent, but a bit slow. I find the food to be pretty all over the place when you unwrap it. Like the tacos just had fallen apart in the wrapping some how. The food tasted good and was pretty warm. All things considered, it's okay... but just okay.
I visited the location on February 19th 2022 at 7:43 pm. And the lady taking the order was exceptionally rude even after we placed the order in the drive thru the lady did not hear it and in return we was being rude us after asking her not to be rude she became even more offended. When we came to the window and asked her for her name and she refused to give it. After repeatedly asking her she asked what it’s for and we continued to ask her instead of giving us her name she shut the window and started talking to her staff members.
