First time eating at this location and overall it was pretty good. We had the half chicken and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The sandwich wasn't particularly spicy but it was pretty good. I did find the breading to be a bit hard but I think it's just the way they cook it not a quality issue because it still tasted really good. Switched fries for poutine and it was pretty big so worth it to upgrade. Service was a bit slow since she was by herself but friendly so it's ok with us. If you like it spicy ask for hot sauce when ordering the sandwich you'll need it since it's not spicy at all.
Placed my order through the website. Arrived while the site said my order was still cooking. It was ready when I got there. I should have checked before I left but because everything is packaged up nicely, I figured it would be fine...ordered a double leg dinner, got one leg, one breast. My fiancee ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs and sweet potato fries...there was half an order of sweet potato fries. Definitely check your order before you leave!Oh, and got a text an hour after getting home to tell me my order was ready. It's a good thing I didn't wait ?♂️
Got shorted on the ribs in the chicken and ribs family pack. Plus we ordered a rib dinner with fries. Again, very little portion of ribs. Sorry SC, you lost a long time customer.
My son and his family took me out for Mothers Day to this Swiss Chalet location. We arrived at 5pm the place was very busy and we waited for over half an hour to be seated. We finally got a table, and were given menus, and waited a substantial time to have our order taken. I would say by 6:15 we had finally placed our order. The restaurant was already half cleared out by this time and no longer really busy. We drank our drinks and set our empty glasses at the edge of the table we were not approached or given the opportunity to ask for refills. We didn't get any attention again until the server brought our meal at approximately 7:15. 2 hours and 15 minutes after we had arrived. The kids were starving as we were as well. I was very unhappy with the service, the long wait, and then my Granddaughter's burger was burnt after all of that. We finally left at 8 very dismayed and frustrated. I have worked in the restaurant industry and whether it is busy or not you need to keep your eyes on the tables. If the kitchen is having trouble getting the food out then the waitress needs to make sure that the table at least has been approached to make sure they have drinks. The waitress did say she was sorry when she finally brought the food to our table, she said she kept checking for our order, so she was aware of the length of time we had been waiting. We then asked if we could have drinks and she quickly went away saying yes but just hold on a bit. Serious! Very disappointing although my chicken was good the experience spoiled my Morhers Day.
Had never been to this location before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not sure if it's because things are slowly getting back to normal, but I found the service to be slow.Perhaps it was because it was so busy and I certainly won't let one visit determine whether I go back. Great food; great prices and wonderful staff.
Because of all the advertising for the fish and chips 4 of us went to try it out. I have never tasted such gross batter in my life. You could also hae broken a tooth trying to bite thru. Also, very small pice of fish inside, so it is very overpriced. The coleslaw is like a thimble full. I would not recommend the fish and chips to anyone. Stick with the chicken.
South common location take out window messed up on my simple lunch order. Food is a bit overpriced and the service and communication quality is poor. Wouldn’t come here again.
Great prices $12.49 for 1/4 chicken dinner. Love how they are keeping prices affordable. Great service. Amazing pecan pie ? 10/10 for the pie
this places food was so bad that we couldn’t find in our hearts to confront them and just said we were going to take the food to go and feed it to the homeless
Good food , good service, prices are good, not excessive. Chicken and ribs are great. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Enjoy
