Sushi Rice is actually good, highlight of the meal
The menu seems more simple and traditional than the usual Japanese restaurants in the city. Service is great; their kitchen is small and the chefs seem to be careful so it's not rushed. It is a very small restaurant (maybe 5 tables), so reservations are highly recommended.
Got supper for my fiance here. She absolutely loved it! Said it was among the best sushi she had ever ate (in Canada). Will definitely be going back.
Best place for sushi in Edmonton hands down! Perfectly cooked and seasoned sushi rice, freshest quality fish you’ll get in the city, the toro (and salmon belly too) is buttery and mouth watering. We always get the beef tataki, nigiri, and a few rolls: shrimp tempura roll, avocado shiitake roll, small California, and negitoro. Everything is delicious. We do takeout often but love that they’re back open for dine in!
Love to eat here, greatest service and food of them all!
I think their Wasabi Combination is such a great deal. The sashimi is so fresh and flavorful. They do take awhile to prepare your menu (usually ask to pick up few hours after), but it is hard to match the quality and price of their combo meal. The combo meal would easily feed 2, or even 3 people.
The best, freshest sushi I’ve ever had! Consistent quality, friendly family-owned. Nearly impossible to get an order lately, though with reduced hours. Call a day in advance!
It is not fresh, and the ones at grocery booth store are way better. My money is basically wasted to something worthless
One of the favorite Japanese restaurants in town. It's a busy place . Their rice is perfect cooked and flavored. The sashimi is very fresh and great size.
My favorite place! Always the best!
