One thing to note is they don’t give senior discount but alright. Kids have a discount but they don’t get 1 order of hot stone entrees. Otherwise the food is amazing. Make sure you have a reservation.
Best sushi in Alberta! Always delicious and the staff are absolutely on point!
I tried Sushi Toshi for the first time last night and had a great dining experience.I wish I knew the name of our server so that I could give him a shout out - he was excellent! We were a party of 10 and even though all the tables in the restaurant were full, he checked in on us regularly, refilled our drinks when we were running low, and got our dishes to us as soon as the chefs finished preparing them in the kitchen. We also had a hungry teenage boy who was so excited for all-you-can-eat that he checked off way too much nigiri on our order form! Our server suggested that we start with half the nigiri order first, then see how it goes. That was a wise suggestion; we really struggled to finish everything we had ordered because we were so full!My favourites were the butter fish sashimi, tuna sashimi, shrimp tempura, and mango rolls, but honestly, everything was delicious.As other reviewers have mentioned, pop is included and there is an extra charge for some of the premium items, as well as additional hot stone items that exceed the maximum per person. The physical menu had a "1.5" stuck over the previously "2" hour time limit. However, we ended up staying for 2.5 hours because we had a later reservation and there were no other people waiting for tables during our meal.
I had a wonderful experience here! Not only did we receive every order we asked for but our guy was really accommodating. Honestly made my day. The fish was fresh and delicious! The hot stone food was fun and get this, ALL YOU CAN EAT POKE. As anyone who knows about how expensive poke is elsewhere, their poke is simple and delicious. Definitely coming again.
The selection for the buffet is huge with a lot of cooked food, rolls and raw. The steak was soft at medium rare and well done. The hurricane rolls are good. Sashimi and sushi pieces are smaller than what you are use to at restaurants. I did not care for the poke bowls they were a made of a sweet sauce vs the citrus tangy to accommodate the fish. It is a small place so I would recommend booking a reservation or it would be hard to get in.
The sushi is fresh and delicious. The hot stone beef was an excellent choice l. The beef was tender.The staff was wonderful and really helpful. I told them of my food allergies and they made sure all the food I ate was safe for me.Highly recommend.
Definitely the best quality ayce sushi in Edmonton by far. A little more expensive, but worth the prince since fountain drink is included and hot stone meat as well. Unfortunately service was very slow during the busy hours and food was barely coming out. We were pressured to leave, because our time limit was coming up. A bit unfortunate leaving ayce not full, but quality was great.
