Spent 55$ and it was not good, over priced for horrible quality.Got most vegetables in my rolls when it was supposed to be California rolls, got a dragon roll and it was closer to a dynamite roll. They also fell apart.
I moved to Edmonton from Vancouver in December and have been looking everywhere for quality sushi….. my search ends here. Soooo good!!!
I was pretty excited to try this place as Windermere hasn’t had a sushi place for awhile now. We ordered 100 dollars worth of sushi for two people with prawn tempura and a mix of different rolls. Sad to say I was very disappointed with the food. The prawn tempura isn’t made with the light batter at all, it looks like it came out of a box, the sushi was larger but they jam packed it all with extra cucumber so you don’t taste any of the other ingredients. We were missing 3 other sushi orders in our platter that we ordered as well as our prawn tempura to which a driver had to deliver to our house. Overall I would never go back and hope my review helps others not have the experience I just did. Such a disappointment.
Worst sushi I have ever eaten. Rice was mush. Tuna and salmon were soo fishy it just left a horrible taste in my mouth. Prawn tempura was horrible not even the proper tempura was used. Miso soup doesn't taste anything like miso it was very bitter. Sushi rolls packed with cucumber so it's all u can taste. Over all worst sushi experience I've ever had. Save your money . Go anywhere else.
I was shocked at how giant the Truffle Blossoms were and that they came as 5pc! The Sushi Tacos were also amazing. It’s like eating works of art. The entire esthetics of the place are gorgeous and the selection is mind boggling at first, but very quickly, you will find your favourite things and never regret the trials of doing so. I very much appreciated that you can modify anything on the menu. I’m not a fan of roe (fish eggs) of any kind, so to Be able to change a takeout delivery order, that’s amazing. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and if you ask for extras they don’t skimp. My friends and I go there as often as possible.
What an amazing staff and sumptious sushi. Me and my family enjoyed sharing our favorite sushi from this restaurant. A little bit pricy but worth the bite. I would highly recommend this store to those sushi lover.
This is a pretty good sushi shop for takeout. They have lots of choices. Taste I would say above average for a express sushi shop. Price is average. Overall recommend for work days.
We tried their Akanasu Hosomaki rolls and added avocado to them. They tasted delicious. If you love sushi … you gotta try this place out. Staff and ambiance is nice too. Quick service too.
