The service here is the best from any Starbucks in the city! There is a positive energy here that all the staff have. Really brightens up your day.

Not a lot of people, fast service and the staff are doing great

I go to this Starbucks often and have not had a bad experience yet. It is conveniently close to the Goodlife Fitness and I enjoy grabbing a latte after my workout.

Drive thru line was long and moving slowly so I decided to go inside to get a drink. After ordering I waited about 10 minutes until I decided to ask about my drink. I asked someone (her name was Katherine I believe) if it was being made and how much longer it would be and she just scoffed at me and rudely asked what I ordered. After another 6-7 minutes She walked over with my latte and slammed it down on the counter and walked away while giving me a dirty look. Idk why she was acting like this like it was my fault that they had a long line in the drive thru. It spilled all over and was only about 75% full. I was confused and was trying to ask her if I can at least get it topped up with milk or something since it’s not full but she ignored me and the other workers were busy on other drinks. I was in a rush so I just wiped it up myself and got going. Never coming back to this Starbucks, especially if that same lady is working.

Leo, is WONDERFUL! A perfect bubbly attitude & knows the menu really well. Made a perfect suggestion for my pregnancy cravings when the Cubano & Chimchurri Sandwich was taken off the menu. Overall friendly & inviting atmosphere!

Walked in to get a hot chocolate yesterday, when one of the workers very rudely kicked me out of the store. I wasn’t aware it was closing time and the doors were still open. There are better ways to speak to customers! I will never step foot there again. Rude staff with an attitude

I have ordered at this location many times over the years. Never could I speak a bad word about the way I’ve been treated there and today it was no different. I had not ordered a coffee from this location in probably a year. I ordered ahead and when I walked in the door a very nice barista greeted me with “hello Bryan!” Not sure how she remembers me but it was a very nice experience and I would like to thank her. Thank you!Unfortunately I could not tip on the mobile app because I use stars to get my beverage for free sad face

Absolutely fabulous! I ordered a Chai Latte my favourite and was asked if I wanted a blueberry muffin, and it was amazing! They warmed the muffin and served it with butter- it was a super treat that made my day so much better!! Thank-You!

This was the slowest Starbucks I have even been to for drive-thru service. There was only 2 cars in front of us. The person taking the order sounded like she hated her life. I wasn’t going to let that bring my day down. Excited to get my coffee, we pull up to the window and no one was there to greet us, we sat there for what felt like 5 minutes, it didn’t feel like we were at a Starbucks at all, where the service is always excellent, it felt more like a cheap drive-thru where you aren’t valued as a customer. When she finally came to the window, she didn’t greet us, instead she asked us what we ordered….umm, there was only one vehicle behind us, so not sure how she wouldn’t know. Then I go to drink my coffee that I’ve been dying for, but realized that she didn’t even put a sleeve on it (my husband handed it to me) and my fingers felt like they were burning, needless to say, I still haven’t got to taste my coffee yet, I hope it at least tastes like Starbucks.

This half cup of cappuccino will cost you $5. No consistency in the quantity. Tim Hortons used to do this so i switched to Starbucks.I guess I should get my own coffee maker haha
