Ordered through skip and they put heavy duty tape over the drink part of the lid and trying to take it off spilled it everywhere. Legit the stupidest thing I've ever seen and no other starbucks does this. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS PLEASE

Didn’t know I paid almost $7 for a drink of ice. Every time you ask for light ice, it seem like the baristas doesn’t really pay any attention to it and if you don’t drink it fast enough, the ice will just melt and dilute the drink. You’d best just order a grande instead of a venti to save a buck or two. I’m posting at this location because I just order from here but this usually happens at most Starbucks. Nevertheless, the drink still taste good, today anyways. Some days, not so great. Depends who’s making the drink.
My daughters (13 &17) went in to place there orders as they had wanted some additions so i told them to go in vs the drive through, and the young lady working there was very rude. She would say really? when they asked for raspberry pumps in the drink and refused to add cold foam saying it would curdle with that drink, even after my daughters told her they had that several times. She made them feel very unwelcome and as if they were asking for too much. We usually go to a Starbucks 2-3 times a week but we will never return to this location. Very rude staff. If i'm paying $8 a drink I expect great service not attitude .
I really love buy my coffee from Starbucks because it's always clean and shiny
My partner and I order from here through Uber eats a lot. The other day we ordered and our coffee was missing. We called just to let them know. The girl we spoke with on the phone (wish I knew her name) was nothing short of amazing. Her customer service is off the charts spectacular. Honestly her level of professionalism and positive attitude negated the fact that some of our order was missing. She let me know when we order again she would keep her eyes opened for it and add our coffees in that were missing from our order. I didn't think she would remember but thought the gesture was really sweet. Well we ordered and low and behold our missing coffees from yesterday were in our order today. She even added in a cookie as seen in picture. Honestly there aren't many employees left like this out there. Stars bucks you should feel lucky to have her employed. A raise is required for this little gem of yours!
Every time I order an iced coffee with milk here it’s inconsistent every time. Either a weird after taste that doesn’t resemble coffee or too bitter. I enjoy bitter tasting coffee but this is beyond what it should taste like relevant to other stores. I have had the same experience for the last 8 months ordering the drink here. The service is fine though.
