Rude and impolite staff. Megan's attitude was the worst I have ever seen.
Dropped in a couple of days ago for the first time and the staff wasn’t the nicest, spirits throughout the cafe were very low, not a single smile in sight behind the counter and it just didn’t make for the most welcoming environment, really. The barista got my drink awfully, awfully wrong too. However, what you can do here is, put on your favourite playlist and grab a nice little corner to sit at if you’re looking to get some work done. In my experience, the spacious, well lit and just overall lovely interiors are the only saving grace with this location but I don’t think I’ll be returning if I can help it.

Drink was good, just no bubbly friendly service that I am use to when coming to Starbucks.
So it can not be a coincidence…….Every morning before I start my work I need coffee, not for caffeine, but for taste and to enjoy a drink while I am on a route.And this has been my favourite spot for months now.It can not be a coincidence to get Same flavour, Aroma, intensity of Mu favourite Dark roast Everyday.Cherry on top is the Crew: every Barista is so friendly and welcoming which makes your morning delightful and make you feel special.Thank You Starbucks South common for being awesome Every day and in every Cup !
I ordered an iced caramel macchiato but got a hot caramel macchiato instead which wasnt a big deal. I let the barista know so she looked at me and was giving me attitude. She said “I didnt hear you say iced” even though she wasnt the one that took my order. She then walks over to her colleague and tells him “did you hear her say iced?”He muttered something but I didnt quite get what he said. Needless to say she then says “whatever ill just make you another one”Not a very fun experience given that im almost at starbucks everyday. Very disappointed.
Everybody working here was so friendly and welcoming. Marlin seems like a person who is genuinely great with people.

They're one of the few Starbucks store which has the Nitro cold brew. So five stars for that
