The food was just what I wanted. The right sauce blend and plenty of salmon and tuna. Can't ask for much more. One of the better options if you don't want fried or deep fried food.
I come here weekly as I work in the mall, and I absolutely love this location! They remember that I never get sauce with my order (food intolerances, am I right?) and they always greet me with bubbly energy. The one guy who’s there most of the time is fantastic, really nice to talk to without taking a long time prepping and making up my order.Thanks for being wonderful people and bringing a smile to my face!
Frist i like poke bowl,About two or three times a weekBut today was my worst experience(WEM),One of the front desk staff wears uniform the other one in gray is the manager? So the manager can go without gloves?also the front staff was rude and you coming in to order she prob hates you tooAnd i order double with salmon tuna,didn't even ask me about the sauce when I asked them you could see how unhappy their faces werewhen she doing my mix sauce she just squeezed, really squeezed, I'm not kidding, even my toping sauce only has two or three linesi spend 19 bucks and they cant even put enough sauce?BTW i only got six pieces of tuna ...Who hires these people?
This is by far the favorite food of myself and my partner. Very friendly staff and delicious, fresh food.

After getting this poke 4/5 times, each time thinking “oh maybe it’ll get better next time” and it never really did lol.They don’t even add a decent amount of rice. Half the bowl is barely full by the end of the assembling, it’s pretty disappointing. I really hope this isn’t their way of making you buy extra rice on the side lol I’ve been to places in Vancouver that literally give you free rice refills when you dine in. Why is rice so scarce here ?

I love splash poke and all the choices! I built my own bowl with salmon and shrimp for my proteins. The only thing that stopped me from giving a full 5 stars was because the salmon didn’t taste that fresh, but other than that it was amazing!
Splash has amazing offerings as always, only thing I noticed is that the fish isn't as fresh as the other locations. Maybe because this location gets less traffic.
