This store has gotten rid of the nasty, rude "manager" that used to work here (and a potty-mouthed clerk) and has a new manager, new management team, and many new staff members. I thought I'd never again set foot in this store, but heard good things about it from a friend, over and over the past few months.The new management team and new staff members are the opposite to the old ones. They're friendly, helpful, and treat customers like human beings. What a treat after the way this store used to be! I hope this store stays this way.Staff behavior and store cleanliness really do make or break a store.Extra stars for current staff going out of their way to assist seniors and disabled customers! My friends and family appreciate it!
One of the cleanest & friendliest stores you'll buy groceries in. Staff all happy to help, isles are clear for carts. Produce & meat are always fresh
Asked them for a power outlet to charge my phone and the staff was not helpful at all. Please treat your customers better.
Typical Sobeys. Nicely organized and they have lots of choices. You can get a nice variety of meat and dairy products. The frozen section is very well stocked. We also checked out the candy and chocolate section. They had some unique items. However, they did lack the variety when it came to international food especially south Asian stuff. They have quite a bit but I think superstore have a bit more. But that's ok. The staff are helpful and they maintain good cleaning practices as far as we can tell.
I had a good shopping experience here, not overly crowded, staff was very helpful, the vegetables produce was extremely fresh and crisp.as well as the butcher very helpful with select cuts that i chose for that nights dinner. Cashier and stock person were at hand helping find everything that I needed and didn’t have. Plus the extremely tidy and cleanliness made for a shopping experience not to forget. For sure i shall be frequenting more in the future.
Very fast, but could have more tills open
Great location. Would give 5 stars if they had self checkout. Often times I am going there on my lunch break to grab something quick, and even the express lane can be clogged.
I really like this store, the tile a very tight and hard to exit but the store over all is very nice to shop at.
