Exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious and marinated perfectly. Flavours all complement one another - The mac and cheese is so good and the ribs are to die for. Brisket and fries are both also incredible! Can't say enough good things about this place. Love the vibe this place has, the staff are all so friendly, and the drinks are great too - if you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out!

Hands down, best brisket in Edmonton. You cannot go wrong with of the smoked meats on the menu. Their mac and cheese is definitely worth the trip as well.New go to BBQ in Edmonton, no argument

Such an enjoyable experience, highly recommend this restaurant, starting with the hostess, so welcoming and catered to our requests. Waiter was so knowledgeable and had the best suggestions, to many to list. Drinks were amazing, Bartender was full of energy and was fantastic with his customers. The Food, Outstanding! The cornbread, bacon wrapped dates & ribs we honestly to die for.. the ribs cooked to perfection. Great job to all & thanks for a positive experience. Can’t wait for our next visit 👍😀

Went there with a group for a birthday. We had great service from Rita. The food was very good with no complaints at all. Decent selection of beer on tap. My photo is of burnt ends and full order of Mac & cheese. They brought us a free shot for everybody to celebrate the birthday. That was a very nice touch. I will return.

OMG…the food was Incredible…I had the brisket and it just melted in my mouth….you didn’t even need a knife. Plus the Mac & cheese was creamy and cheesy ??? now for the corn bread . I haven’t had corn bread like that since I’ve been down south … I could probably eat at least 12 of there corns breads . ITS PLACE YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO GO TO AND EAT AT ?

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond for us. The food was exceptional. Such a great date night experience! We will definitely be back.

Visited Smoke for the first time today to take advantage of their $10 cocktail Sunday special, and even with high hopes for this place my expectations were exceeded. The cocktails were delicious and entertaining (we got the bramble and peach tea - they light the sprig of rosemary on fire for that extra flair). The food was absolutely fantastic! I had an incredible burger with coleslaw and fries (which were the best fries I’ve ever had, as they toss them in the secret spice rub they use on all the meat). My girlfriend had the pork ribs with tequila habanero bbq sauce and potato salad (I cannot stress enough how good this potato salad was). Lastly, we had a lemon pie for dessert that was extraordinary. Normally I’m not a huge lemon pie person, but this tasted like a cross between a lemon meringue pie and a lemon tart, and WOW was it good. The restaurant interior is beautiful and the service was also wonderful. Would highly recommend checking it out here, and make sure you come hungry!

My friends and I came to Smoke after seeing some decent reviews and viewing videos of local food bloggers on social media.Upon entering in to the restaurant which was just under half full, we were greeted by our friendly waitress who gave us a few minutes until we were ready to give our food and drink orders. Our drinks came out in a timely manner. For food, we ordered the $50 Downtown Dining Week special along with 3 other separate items as we were planning on sharing amongst 4 of us. Our first entree came out within a timely manner and our waitress was very good at checking up on us while also continuing to refill our waters and ask if we wanted more drinks, however that’s where things started to go downhill fast. It took approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the rest of our food to arrive. The waitress had not mentioned anything and as we observed the rest of room, many tables seemed to also be waiting. At this point of our dinner the waitress was also non-existent There were 4 Skip drivers clearly upset who were also waiting for their deliveries to come out of the kitchen. We decided not to complain as we hoped the rest of the food would help redeem the long wait. The bbq arrived COLD. The only thing that arrived got was the side of fries and it was arguably the best tasting item on the table. Wings were dry, sauces for the rest of the bbq was either bland or non existent. When it finally came time for our dessert which was included in the $50 special, we were told they had run out and our only option was a pecan pie. We happily took that but even the dessert was underwhelming.Between the 4 of us, we easily spent around $250. It was not worth it.MEAT on Whyte Avenue is a much better experience both service and food wise.
