Love this place. Great donairs (try the chicken) and poutine. Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Good value!!

Meat was a little thicker sliced then usual, sweet sauce was great! Regular was the size of most places jumbo donairs! Will defo try other things like the donair poutine!!!!A small is huge on the poutine, my friend got one
Good solid donair, different in flavor from Richards and Home, but we'll be back. Very good and good friendly people, please more sauce next time but no complaints! Meat had a nice flavor and well put together. Our first time and no disappointment.

This place was recommended to us. Unfortunately, th fries were only room temperature and had been sitting awhile. The falafel were very dark outside a raw inside. The donair meat was tough and overcooked on the grill.Perhaps some like it this way. It had enough clients. I know we should have complained, but ...anyways won't be going back. Can't recommend.
I see why this place has high reviews. VERY solid donair spot. I like that they had fried onions and mushrooms as additional condiments. They also have an option to make it spicy so all around the donair is very customizable. The rest of the toppings were standard.The meats were good and the portion was huge! The regular size was easily a large or jumbo somewhere else. Good value for the price. This isn't my number 1 spot solely because of my preference for garlic sauce and pickled turnips as toppings, but it easily lands amongst the top of the pack. Out of the 15-ish different donair spots I've tried in Edmonton, I would comfortably place this in the top 5.Thanks!
Unbelievable portions and the staff are ALWAYS friendly! If you think Swiss is the best in Edmonton, you haven't been to Simply yet. The only donair place I recommend to my family & friends.
Neighbours showed me this spot a few years ago. Went just yesterday and got myself and my brother a large cheese donair. My brother is SUPER picky about his donairs, so I wanted to see his reaction. Well, we both love the place. If you're starving, the portion of the large donair is just silly and will fill you up. The meat is nicely (not overly) spiced and very soft and juicy. The vegetables were clearly all cut fresh that day and the lettuce was fresh enough to use in a salad. After seeing the generous amount of sauce my brother got, I ordered "half sauce" and it was perfect. I can't believe I ate the whole thing - it was Simply Delicious. UPDATE: Went here the next day and got a donair salad and donair poutine for my mom as a treat on her 80th birthday. The folks don't like food that is too spicy but they really enjoyed both dishes. Neither had tried poutine or donair meat ever before.
Best donair in Edmonton. The meat is juicy and well seasoned. The produce is fresh. The portions are big and they don’t cheap out on the meat. Highly recommend Simply Donair, I’m addicted!
