This was my fave place. Now there are very few dairy free options. Bolognese used to be dairy free - not anymore. Same with the meatballs. I used to go to SPK all the time and the changes in how things are made is very disappointing. Was not impressed and won't be going back.

The food was hit and miss.The appetizers were definitely not worth ordering. We ordered the prawns and they were crunchy and seemed undercooked. The caprese was very bland.Had we known our meal portions would have been as large, we probably wouldn't have ordered the appetizers in the first place. The lasagna was amazing and definitely would order it again.Sitting by the kitchen was a big mistake in the summer. It was uncomfortably hot and there seemed to be no attempts to remedy the situation.

Too expensive. 30 dollars for an appy of mussels? A little over the top. Food is delicious, just too pricey.
Anniversary
Barely any dressing on the caesar salad. Pastas had minimal sauce on them. Compared to our previous visits the food was mediocre. I do not enjoy eating pasta plain with no sauce. This is my first time experiencing this at the restaurant. Not sure if they have a new chef but it was disappointing. Not sure if weâll be back.
